It…read moreis a superb and reliable product and provided a new quality of life with understanding what people are saying (even in a noisy background) and enjoyment of music. Telephoned them recently with concerns I was no longer hearing the trafficator warning signal in my car or the electronic kitchen timer. When contacted Specsavers advised I was due for a NHS recheck. The hearing aid just needed adjustment and I can now hear those things again and speech is even clearer. Thanks to all for such a friendly and helpful service. PS Before transferring from the NHS hospital to Specsavers I had received excellent support for a private hearing aid. At no time was my NHS appointment at Specsavers used to promote the hearing aids that are provided privately. Also a customer for the spectacles!
