After Dr. Asfa studied the area on my leg and understood its cause, he advised against any surgery as he felt that it was not necessary and that it may create further complications. I was disappointed by his advice and felt that he could have provided more options for proper treatment. Several months after following his advice, the fascial defect eventually led to a small painful herniation that eventually required surgery. Based on this experience and the poor advice I was provided, I cannot recommend this location for surgery that requires nuanced medical expertise.

My friend came in here in February & got…read moremultiple things done that went wrong, she was never consulted when she had her appointment & she was also never given any type of aftercare information at the end. Her appointment was with Tina. She had Kybella done & was wondering why she wasn't seeing results for it when it's been weeks & it's because she wasn't mapped out & was only injected THREE times. I have had kybella done myself a couple times at my medspa & I was mapped out both times & each vial of kybella contains 50 injections, my friend was injected in random spots THREE times. There's no wonder she doesn't see any results. She was told she would have to come back to get kybella done AGAIN for the results she wants but how would she get the results from THREE pokes of kybella?? When paying for Kybella at full price, the patient should get the whole vial. The woman who was assisting asked the injector if she was going to map her out & the response was "no I've done this enough times to eyeball it" - yet she only received 3 injections. Her neck/chin area is still swollen & hard to the touch in those 3 specific spots. She also had jawline filler done & ended up with two big hematomas from being punctured wrong. Which she received an apology but that's it. She asked for Botox on the tail of her brow areas & between the start of her eyebrows, but she ended up getting Dysport instead, because she was told it's BETTER than botox - she might as well have been injected with air. She also got her lips done as well & that was the only thing she was satisfied with. She spent $2k for everything & would have been better off just having her lips done. She has contacted this place by email multiple times trying to figure out how to get a refund or get these issues fixed & she's being ignored, she hasn't heard anything back. I had attached photos of the after results of the swelling on her neck/chin area, as well as the lines/wrinkles still very present where she received Dysport.

Due to the sheer incompetence of this staff, we are consulting a medical malpractice attorney. This "doctor" may spend all of 2-3 minutes on average with us, does not listen to patients, does not correctly remember / state patient history even though it's in the records she's reading from, extremely dismissive of any questions by patient, absolutely will not discuss alternative medicines from the ones she wants to prescribe ($$ kickbacks?), has actually walked out in the middle of a patient conversation to not return (inexcusable!), long waits after scheduled appointment times (regularly 1hr +), sent a patient home from multiple visits when regularly complaining of stomach / lower pelvic / leg pain informing that it's just cramps/gas (no testing performed), when in reality, it was cancer!, sent a patient back home who experienced what is believed to be several TIA strokes with absolutely no tests / instruction or follow up!, and the list actually goes on and on! Visit this lady at your own peril. If all you need is someone to prescribe an antibiotic when you have a minor infection, she's probably capable, but if you want someone who can actually listen, comprehend, and evaluate your complaints/concerns while considering your medical history, and then takes action based on the findings, this is not the person to visit.
