The good thing is that, while I was driving back from Muskogee, I just happened to be speeding right when I spotted the State Highway Patrol! I was really flooring it, as it turned out. I just *knew* I was going to get a speeding ticket. The good news is that the officer didn't notice I was speeding. After that, I went to see an optometrist--someone who was completely unprofessional, rude, and racist. They didn't acknowledge me at all; I sat there for 30 minutes, and--nothing. So, I asked myself these questions: 1. Do you feel disrespected? Yes. 2. Did they acknowledge or greet you? No. 3. Do you feel like being "helped" by people who don't show you even a shred of concern, respect, or PROFESSIONALISM? Of course not. 4. Do you want to spend over $500 at a business that is displaying clear signs of racism? NO--absolutely NOT! So, I went right down the street to a very nice optometrist instead. I have a Flexible Spending Account that is used exclusively for things like glasses and dental treatments. So, my new glasses should be arriving soon! I spent $752 there. I broke my glasses a while back, but only on the left side (which turns out to be my blind-er eye). So I didn't want to spend money in a brand new pair of glasses, I just wanted to fix the one shattered glass. My first stop was the eye store at the mall. They claimed they couldn't just fix one side and that it would cost at least $150 depending on the type of glass I wanted. I figured for that amount I should just replace them all together but I had driven past Eye Mart and I figured I should ask. They said it would be no problem to fix it and they even had them ready the very next day. They did such a great job and the best part was that it cost me $20!! It was such a great and affordable experience and the customer service is amazing too. read more

I needed new glasses and went Eyemart in Owasso, Ok. Received eyes exam next door and then went in looking for frames. Ashlie was so much help. The store was swamped with customers but they all handled it well. Ashlie was very helpful and 27 minutes after purchase I received a text new glasses were ready. The store was very busy when I arrived to look for new glasses but I was helped within a reasonable amount of time. My prescription was not a common one so they had to order my glasses from Texas but they arrived in about 5 days. I was very pleased with my experience here and the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Eyemart glasses in an hr my butt. We've been waiting over 3 hrs and they messed up our glasses. Hubby's prescription on my glasses and mine on his. Y'all's mistake and said it would be another hr but nope it's going to be yet another hr so all together 4 to 5 hrs for y'all's stupid mistake. The least y'all could do is put us at the front of the line or a discount for waiting 4 to 5 stupid hrs for your mistake. My first time getting glasses and I say BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. Affordable my ass. For two glass it cost nearly 500$. Then on top of getting my glass enter the 5 hrs my glasses were scratched and no way in hell am I wanting another hr for my glasses. I was needing some glasses for quite a while and kept putting it off. A coworker said that I should try Eyemart express. They can have your glasses to you within an hour and they have a 90 day guarantee. After visiting with my optometrist I decided to take the prescription over to Eyemart express in Owasso. We were immediately greeted by Savannah. Who told us to look around, take our time, and when we're ready she would take care of us. She was great to deal with and very patient through the process. She explained the process on the glasses and when they would be ready. Within about 45 minutes of our visit we had received a text saying the glasses were ready. When we arrived Adam the manager was there to take care of us. He made sure the glasses felt right and that the prescription was to our satisfaction. My husband went in by himself to get his prescription filled on Monday, March 8. The charges turned out to be over $500 for two pair of glasses and he had coupons from a card we got in the mail. He could not justify that amount so just ordered one pair. I did not go in with him because of Covid but we just don't understand why they cost so much. One pair of glasses with plastic lens was $209. We came from Bartlesville because glasses are so expensive here but seems like we might've wasted a trip. He told the salesperson repeatedly he wanted to go the least expensive way. We are retired. If this is least expensive way, yikes! He told me nothing was explained to him as far as what it was that made the glasses be so much more expensive than we were expecting. They did have them ready in just about 15 minutes, and he likes the glasses. They were just too expensive though. read more

I bought three pairs and in spite of the "savings" they quoted they were very, very expensive. Should have taken my business elsewhere when I was told the total but didn't so I guess that's my fault for paying so much. 2 pair were ready same day, about 2 hours, but third pair had to be sent out for some reason that wasn't very clear to me. They came in today so I went to the store to pick them up after work. I didn't think it would take long but after waiting almost half an hour I had to leave without them to avoid being late to an important function. If I were just reviewing on the initial purchase, the rating would be much higher. The lady that helped me (Angie) was very pleasant and I feel like the price I paid was good. I purchased one pair of regular glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I was texted in less than an hour that both pairs were ready. However.... when I showed up to pick up my glasses, both pairs had tinted lenses. The lady at the desk (not Angie) said to come back in a hour. I came back two hours later and they still weren't ready. I was told to come back in another 20mins. When I arrived almost 30mins later, I was told they were ready... but the glasses STILL had tinted lenses! I was told to give them another 20mins to fix them. When they finally were fixed correctly, the lady emotionlessly apologized. I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience; to which I was given a free bottle of cleaner. I'll say this, I don't feel like anyone was rude. However, the overall experience which started out so well, turned into a big hassle. read more

not good. will never use again. first pair they didn't get the focal point right on the no line bifocal, so they did them over, next pair focal point right but didn't include the transition/photochromic lens. third pair they did the photochromic/transition but somehow didn't quite get the focal point quite right. so im using the second pair that they forgot the transition on because they are the only ones i can really see out of. I am absolutely thrilled with this optics shop!! I've had several pairs of glasses made here and they were all made in 20 minutes or less..,today's pair was made in 12 minutes!! I've bought the glasses from the eye doctor's office before that takes a week or 2 to get back and bought all the bells and whistles and I am MUCH HAPPIER with my glasses from Eyemart Express!! I have never received customer service as terrible as the managers Adam and Clay provided. I purchased my daughter 2 pairs of glasses with the warranty at the beginning of the school year as I do every year. Over the years I have puchased over 6 pairs from them She recently broke one of the pairs. I called and spoke to Nicole and explained to her that we recently moved out of state where there are no Eyemarts locations that are not several hours away. She looked up my account and said no problem they would be able to use the warranty and simply mail me a new pair. She said she would call me back to get the mailing info. A couple hours later I had not heard from her so I called back. That is when I spoke to Adam and Clay. Both of them told me that I had to return the glasses to the store for my warranty. I moved over a 1,000 miles away and let them know that was that an option. I was told that it is not their fault that I moved to where they do not have a location. It is a shame that I paid for a warranty and will not be able to use them. I warn anyone to not use Eyemart Express. They do not care about their customers. read more
