DO NOT go to: DR OSMENT NOR MyEyeDr= -10/10 Dr. loving and his practice is Very thorough and professional yet also super down-to-earth - he personally seems like a true salt of the earth type of Oklahoma man. Not only that, but it turns out Loving proved himself to be amongst the honest but slim minority amongst optometry's private practitioners- he's one of the only trustworthy "good guys" actually working for best interests of us, THE PATIENTS rather than for greed like other certain money hungry jerks muddying up the profession. Which segues me perfectly to the review "thesis" - DO NOT trust Dr.Osment OR his practice (MyEyeDr in BA). Let me explain: In 2021, I did visit the aforementioned for an eye exam to update my rx and also to buy new frames. I wasn't even taken back for that exam before the receptionist told me I could receive a discount on frames if I left a 5 star Google review on their location....But she wanted me to do this before they rendered me their service - how can I honestly do that before I even make a payment, let alone before I have any physical contact with the goods I am supposed to be reviewing? Well I now understand why - it's because they were never going to get a 5 star review from me if they didn't have to scam one out of me PRIOR to the bad experiences and bad products were paid for ? AND then, even though I obliged ("for the discount") - they all along knew full-well that they intended to uncharge me into oblivion 1st, then "apply" my piddly 15% off coupon to a 300% marked-up total. * The lenses were not the polycarbonate they charged me for, (not at 1.5 cm thick, they weren't) * The "Tommy Hilfiger" frames, I suspect but cannot prove were counterfeit, fell apart less than 6 months later. But hindsight is 20/20 (hehe) My suspicions were validated after my Loving EyeCare exam 10/31/24, when Dr. Loving told me in passing - "Well, no wonder you are not able to see details close-up anymore - it's because your current corrective lenses were incorrectly measured! They had ya dialed up too high, that's all"

I want to start off by saying I had not been to the eye doctor since I was a kid... over 10 years…read moreago. Possibly even 15 years! I was extremely nervous but knew I needed to go. I work on computers all day and have been experiencing migraines, plus my husband has been having some sight problems. The exam was very quick but was very friendly. DR. Loving was the only one in that day and it was packed, but it did not affect his customer service! He explained to me that I have perfect vision but I was getting migraines because of eye strain. I've had my glasses for about three months now and have only had one migraine since! I highly recommend Loving Eyecare!

He didn't have to wait that long to be taken back. The doctor came into exam room shortly after. Dr. Reynolds was nice and informative. Easy to talk to staff. Location was closed during my appointment time and the number I called rescheduled me for half hour after the confirmed appointment time. Once someone finally arrived, I was told they actually do not have a doctor on-site so I'd need to go somewhere else for that. This place may be ok if you need prescription glasses only but if you need to see an actual licensed optometrist, go somewhere else. Waste of time.

They're G R E E D Y, & not HELPFUL, which i fully expect from any 'professional' that i PAY to do business with. I ONLY went in there to get my OLD broken frames replaced & they said they "couldn't," lol. Well, you SURE can't if you don't try because you think you espy BIGGER BUCKS down the road! Called again today and was told actually the lab needs my glasses to make the lenses. 3/4 weeks later. Also had an issue with front desk people telling me I needed to come in to reorder lenses. She helped me with the decision making for what I needed with my prescription. It was easy with her help. I got the glasses within a week. They called me, went back and the second lady was absolutely nice as well. She also gave me some feedback and suggestions in case I was unable to get used to the lenses, very informative. They're probably fine for the average prescription. High index lenses for severe myopia are…read moreextremely think and need to be shaved down. They did not attempt to shave down 1 mm thick lenses with an index of 1.74, which is the highest possible. I sent them back and 11 days later, one lense was shaved down significantly more than the other, leaving them noticably lopsided. I will not use them again, as they can not handle the high index lenses. I recommend Institute Optical on S. Wheeling in Tulsa for high index prescriptions. This was a $375.00 mistake. The staff was ok, but not experienced in high index lenses enough to know what to expect from their lab.

I bought contacts from this place in November 2024 and just got a call in July 2025(nearly a year…read morelater) saying they undercharged me $20 and I now need to pay the difference. I already paid a lot for the contacts at the time, and now they're trying to collect more money months later? That's strange and unprofessional. If it was truly their mistake, it should've been written off. I won't be coming back--I'll take my business somewhere more reliable.

I asked 2x for daily lenses, the same product I used before, and had used for years. I was STILL given long wear lenses, that I couldn't wear for the duration he expected me too. After waiting WEEKS for new lenses, I called, and they were finally swapped. Paid extra for upgraded lenses, they didn't even come w scratch proof, or anti glare. I also asked if they could please put me back in the original type of contacts I'd worn for 10yrs (and asked for), and they wanted me to come back a week later, and charge me again - for them not listening the 1st time. I KNOW what works, after 30yrs of contacts, another visit just wastes more of my time, and insurance resources. This place is a scam. They don't listen, and are only interested in getting you for every penny they can. They also overcharged my daughter too. They have made ZERO effort, or apology to fix this. I'm still without contacts, and have subpar glasses. I'd ABSOLUTELY go somewhere else.

After getting the runaround making…read morean eye exam appointment nearby to find out there was no optometrist on sight who could help me, I called Valet Vision (inside of Sam's Club) and immediately was given an appt. I was texted a link and easily booked my appointment. I went in with what I found out was a painful stye & he immediately checked me out, issued me a prescription for antibiotics, & gave me immediate relief! I recently had my 2 week checkup & got a prescription for glasses to make my life easier too. Getting old sucks but their customer service is stellar! This team is very caring and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and get you solutions! They have a decent amount of frames to choose from for sunglasses and reading glasses, contacts, etc. depending on what you're needing.
