Called again today and was told actually the lab needs my glasses to make the lenses. 3/4 weeks later. Also had an issue with front desk people telling me I needed to come in to reorder lenses. I had to switch my schedule around all to come in and the rep told me I didn't even have to, it could've just been a call. Frustrated to say the least.

I also asked if they could please put me back in the original type of contacts I'd worn for 10yrs (and asked for), and they wanted me to come back a week later, and charge me again - for them not listening the 1st time. I KNOW what works, after 30yrs of contacts, another visit just wastes more of my time, and insurance resources. This place is a scam. They don't listen, and are only interested in getting you for every penny they can. They also overcharged my daughter too. They have made ZERO effort, or apology to fix this. All was a waste of time because they didn't happen to mention they charge new patients $150!! They called it a co-pay. My insurance doesn't say anything about a co-pay. I wanted my time and gas because not only was I not told about a co-pay, but I didn't expect to pay $150. Most people would have like to know something like that before hand. Also when I left i the office back to get a better understanding of this "co-pay" and how they need to tell people up front because this is something they are charging and how my time was completely wasted they were rude as hell and unapologetic.

I needed a root canal and I'm guessing the dentist there didn't do root canals because his appointment booking staff made an appointment for me to a doctor in Broken Arrow and I explained explicitly that it must be a doctor who accepts my dental insurance plan and she assured me they did and even quoted me approximately what my out of pocket expenses would be. Nonetheless, when I arrived at the B/A dental office to have the root canal performed they told me that didn't accept my insurance at all and thanks to the Thomas DENTAL office I was out $1300 I didn't have to spend!!!!! I won't be revisiting the DENTAL side of this company but my family will be EYE CARE patients with them eternally.
