After the eye doctor associated with eyemart express managed mix up two of my children's prescriptions for eye glasses we are now on day 2 of waiting for the glasses to be corrected. After being told the glasses would be done the correct way within 45 minutes today, my overly patient husband went back inside after 2 hours of waiting and seeing multiple people walk in after him with prescriptions and later leaving with their glasses just to be told "oh well we will get to them before we close." Yes, waiting another hour or more is definitely okay right? Here's to day 3 and much more wasted gas and time as we do not live close to this business. I know 3 customer's they will never see return with their prescriptions for glasses this is beyond ridiculous. read more

They added a warranty without my permission and then made it extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund because the manager rarely is in the store and does not respond to messages. I was told that they automatically charge for a warranty without asking if you want it. It seems like that should be illegal. read more

Eyemart was hopping when my husband and I walked into the Hattiesburg store Monday afternoon. However, I was delighted to see that Kaylee got my name down on a clipboard and it was not too long before I was seen. This gave me time to pick out some frames and discover some of the great prices to be had. They were so great that I nabbed two pairs for piano/organ playing, one pair for my progressive lenses everyday use, and one pair for strictly reading. My total bill was less than one pair of glasses at any other optometric store would have charged. So excited to show off my new specks! Kudos to all the staff! I-have been buying my glasses at Biloxi Eyemart for years..but the last pair I got made me deathly ill after 10 minutes of wearing them. Then I found myself taking them off to see or read, finally I closed my left eye with them on and could see absolutely zero. I call the optometrist next door for an appointment. After seeing m e he said these are the wrong prescription and not the one I sent.I had the frames replaced because they were made poorly, so I have been having headaches and nausea since I got the new glasses but my left eye compensated .They admitted they were made wrong but the started the warranty when I bought the first pair, and they were 2 months out of warranty,I said ok just put the lenses I paid for and I'll be fine, He said no that will be 168.00 , I said but you put in someone else's lances in mine,,give me mine, He said the manager and the eye glass maker said no way,, So now I'll still use DR next door but go to a professional eye glasssmaker,, read more

This was a great place/ great experience. Wonderful friendly efficient staff. They helped me choose the right design for my face, find the best deal for my budget, and had my glasses ready in under a half an hour. Great staff, great service. I had a problem with my two pairs of trifocal lenses, the prescription was not correct, so I brought them back to the store. They checked the glasses and found the problem and they were very professional. They got right to work and fixed the problem. Now I've got two great pair of regular glasses and two pair of single-vision for the price of one. Even though they did get it wrong to start, they fixed it immediately--within two hours--and I was on my way. read more

Professionally incompetent. My Fiancé had an appointment scheduled for 9 a.m. but was not seen until 9:50 even though she was the first appointment of the day. The preliminary checks took an obscene amount of time to complete, and once she was directed to a room, was promptly forgotten for another hour. She later found that the doctor was never informed there was a patient waiting. After receiving a trial pair of contacts, she informed the staff that one eye was not seeing well. They replied with, "Can you see well enough?" And ushered her out the door. read more

Just love this place , they made what I thought was going to be a pain in the rear , painless, and fun. Maybe not the best analogy, but I was not looking forward to the new glasses process. The whole process probably took two hours , and that was with getting an eye exam next door. No more Walmart eye care for me . This is my new place to go for glasses.
