That's the only positive thing. I couldn't get the internet on. I had a ton of trouble getting IT on the phone. They ended up having to send a tech out. The first appointment they were a no show. The second they came out and stayed there all day. He said he had changed everything. There would be a helper coming by to finish up outside that day and someone would bury the line he ran in a few weeks. I asked if I needed to be there for this helper. He said no. I got a message a few hours later that it was all done. I hadn't moved in yet. So when I came back a few days later it still wasn't working. I called and that day I couldn't understand what the problem was. I really couldn't understand the customer service reps at all. But they were supposed to send someone out the next day. At about an hour before my 12-4 time slot was over I called because I hadn't heard anything from anyone. I was talked down to and basically made to feel like an idiot because it was still in my time slot. A few minutes later I got a message saying I had been bumped for a higher priority and they would get back with me about another appointment. I was pissed. I had to drive two hours to get there for the appointment and wait around all day. Meanwhile the workers came to bury the line. They said the line the tech had ran wasn't getting any strength and that they would run and bury another one and hook it up and that might fix it. Next thing I know they were leaving and hadn't called. I went to the box and they had ran another line and did bury it. But left the one they said wasn't working hooked up. And also just sprawled out across my yard. At that point I just canceled it and went with the service provider the previous owner had. When I got that equipment and tried to install internet it would not work either. They had to send a tech out as well. When the tech came he said the reason it wouldn't work was because ATT had cut their line while burying theirs and kept right on going. What a crappy, unprofessional uncaring company to do business with. -5 stars

Erica offered to help him but he said he had never been in a T-Mobile store before and just wanted to browse. I must say this person that walked into the store made me feel uneasy. I felt he was there to rob the store or do something sinister. Please do what you can to make sure your customers and your staff feel safe from strangers.
