All US vision retail locations…read morewere closed by the end of March. which I did NOT know. i call and stopped in many times through May and beginning of June. Never got any real answers ranging from "they are in production" to "honestly I can't tell you where they are". June 4, 2026 I stopped in just to see a sign that read permanently closed and here's the number to call. I called the number. They will put you on hold for 5-10 minutes before telling you they will call you back. They never call. I emailed them and did get a very unsatisfactory answer that I'm not allowed to cancel nor can I do anything about my situation regarding the time frame because they have had problems. Excuse me?? My problem is I've paid in full and was strung along for months when behind the scenes they were falling apart. Then after over 4 months I still can't see and no one gives a crap cuz they closed the retail locations. Shame on US Vision for hanging all their customers who had pending orders out to dry and Sierra at the store for not disclosing that information when I would inquire. She knew. You all knew. I still am waiting with all subsequent emails going unanswered. I called the 800# again and the message is "all eyewear will be shipped in 2 weeks". Mailing to my house. No optician to check the lenses and do a fitting. I was told in the only email I received that I could return them after receiving them but I couldn't cancel and get my money refunded. Return them? To where? You all suck and get ZERO stars!!! I will never trust any retail eyewear store again. Worst experience ever!

Then when I came back third appointment Dr. was literally a No-Show. Didn't call in or anything. Just No-Show. So girl that works there took a guess at the correction and sent them in to be "corrected ". Fourth trip up to get them again a week later still not back from lab. So a month and four trips and Still do not have any glasses. What a huge waste of time and money. I have never in my 60 years had such a bad experience getting glasses.Worst experience in 60 years of getting glasses. Update: I've waited another 2 weeks and still no glasses. They will not answer the phone or return my calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!

We ordered glasses just before Christmas and just got them today. I called 4 times to check on them…read moreand finally earlier in the week they said they had "just arrived" in that day's arrivals. Apparently the lab lost the frames. I could forgive that but when I called to check the status they promised 3x to call me back and didn't. On a bright note, the receptionist is amazing. I wish her well, she is the most professional person there. I think her name is Amaris.

This place is not customer friendly. My wife and I purchased some glasses and received the complete…read morerun around. First their ad promised a twenty percent discount, when we were doing calculations they said "the discount was figured in the price". Which in the fine print says something completely different. The second issue occurred upon the arrival of the glasses. They did not fit inside the frame, the lens was sticking out. After purchasing the polycarbonated lens, they were still too large. After complaining about the lens they suggested for us to purchase a different type of lens(more expensive). This could have been mention in the beginning and it could have saved us a trip and a headache. When we addressed this issue they pretty much told us we had to choose a different frame. The initial rep told us that the lenses would sit within the frame and it would not stick out (that was a complete lie). There was a significant gap between the frame and the lens. The reps kept going back and forth. They said the issue was with the frame (the edge corner was too squared), and then the excuse was that the prescription required thicker lenses. Their responses seemed very inconsistent and confusing.

I had a horrible experience at C and B Optical One in Elkhart, IN. I would recommend that everyone…read moreavoid this place. They were very unhelpful. I paid in full up front, which ended up being close to 700 dollars for an eye exam and one pair of glasses. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see out of them. Then, after reordering my lenses, which ended up being cheaper, they refused to refund the excess money I had paid, stating simply that it was their "policy" to not refund money. I wish they had told me that up front. I would have gone elsewhere. It is now my "policy" to avoid C & B Optical One at all costs.
