Never again, this is the 5th or 6th time I've gone here, first few times Manal's, the owner did a…read moregood job in trimming my hair which has been all one length past the middle of my back. The 2nd to the last time she cut off a bit more than a micro trim let's say an inch... when I went in this past Thursday, I asked that she give me very long layers, my hair was down to my waist- I have no idea what she heard or thought but in the end she cut off 4 inches and then layered- totally ruining my hair- now I have to let it grow out so it can be fixed- it's very choppy, long pieces of hair here and there and she charged me 50$, what a joke- she is definitely off her game. And I won't ever be back. I am sick over it and her comment was I think it looks better hmmm .. no it doesn't! It took me a solid 3 years to grow it out! I'm humiliated and very upset to say the least! Never again!!! And might I add she waxes your eyebrows way too thin, it's not the 80's anymore! SMH!

Lara was rushing my haircut and cut way too much off my bangs. I was rushed to pay and rushed out. Later in the car I realized my bangs were cut way too short, completely uneven, and choppy. I called back to see if they could fit me in to get them even. When I went back to get them fixed Lara passed be to another stylist. I tired explaining to Lara and the other lady my concerns and issues, but they would not listen to one word I had to say. She sat me down, cut my bangs for about two to three minutes and then tells me I was finished. They looked worse than before!! I told her they were still choppy and did not blend with the rest of my hair. She told me I would have to cut the rest of my hair short to fix that. My hair was long, around 24-26 inches long, now I am left with short, botched bangs! Unable to even tuck them behind my ears. I left a bad google review with my awful experience. I called the salon for a refund; they had the owner Sal call me back. He informed me since I left the review, they would not refund me my money!! On their website they expect anybody who bought vouchers to pay an extra $35 for the services I spent $44 for the vouchers each one so they want me to spend $80 for their services when the voucher was for $44 and there are normal prices are $80 they're shady don't ever do business with them.
