The 2nd to the last time she cut off a bit more than a micro trim let's say an inch... when I went in this past Thursday, I asked that she give me very long layers, my hair was down to my waist- I have no idea what she heard or thought but in the end she cut off 4 inches and then layered- totally ruining my hair- now I have to let it grow out so it can be fixed- it's very choppy, long pieces of hair here and there and she charged me 50$, what a joke- she is definitely off her game. And I won't ever be back. I am sick over it and her comment was I think it looks better hmmm .. no it doesn't! It took me a solid 3 years to grow it out! On their website they expect anybody who bought vouchers to pay an extra $35 for the services I spent $44 for the vouchers each one so they want me to spend $80 for their services when the voucher was for $44 and there are normal prices are $80 they're shady don't ever do business with them.
