I was very nervous because when my friends have gone to other salons to do them they had reported stinging the whole time during the procedure from the glue. I saw the great reviews of this place and decided to spend the extra money to get it done here. Take into consideration that it's your eyes and you only have two and this can be a danger towards your vision! She did absolutely amazing! It only takes about 1 1/2 hours. I felt NO pain/stinging from the glue. I'm writing this the next day and my lashes feel normal. My lashes don't feel heavy or annoying, and I forget I'm wearing them. I will be back for a fill!

Over the years it turned red. I hated it. I happened to mention it to Lily and she told me she could remove the red and it would turn to a gray color. And within 15 minutes it was done! She used a laser technique. NO DOWN TIME. NO LOSS OF EYEBROWS. NO SCABBING OR SCARRING. My eyebrows look GREAT NOW. All the RED IS GONE! I can't thank her enough.
