Recently, I was contacted and told I may not be able to keep my upcoming appointment. I'm also concerned about how this was handled. The manager, Jenn from Willowbrook, contacted me repeatedly in a way that felt excessive. I explained that I was working and unable to take calls, but the tone remained rude and condescending. When I asked what specific concern was being referenced, I was not given a clear explanation of what was allegedly said or done.

He yelled at me about being a diabetic because he had found that I was starting to bleed behind my eyes. About 80% of diabetics do experience some degree of diabetic retinopathy. Instead of being kind and helpful about such a terrifying diagnosis, he treated me badly!!!
