I just moved to the area and needed a new eyebrow place. Ami did an amazing job threading my eyes and lip. I had gone too long since my last threading, before our move. I knew it was going to be painful. But Ami was so quick and made it go a lot better than I was expecting. They also tinted my eyebrows and they look so natural and full. They are very professional and kind! I will be going back to them every 2 weeks! read more

well I went here to get my eyebrows done before going on vacation. I told the woman that I liked my eyebrows thick, full, and fluffy especially on the ends. she very rudely interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish. she promises she knew what I liked and then proceeded to take off half of my eyebrow. it now looks very thin and sparse. she TRIED to cover her tracks by putting some random eyebrow pencil on my face. very disappointed and to top it off my eyebrow isn't growing back. read more

I have had two facials in my life. Eyebrow threading and Beyond was exceptional! Very relaxing experience and the results are just amazing. My skin feels so smooth and my brow lines have truly vanished. Mamta really knows how to care for your facial needs. I am a nurse and I really look for clean technique. She met all my wants. I have not gotten my eyebrow threaded since March 2020 given the COVID pandemic, and it wasn't ever really open in CA, so when I ended up going to Chicago to visit my in laws, I came upon this place via yelp. They are located in a large shopping square, with ample parking. I waited about 5 minutes, which was great since they had enough business despite COVID, and they were fast and clean. Reasonable pricing for eyebrow threading and there was a great attention to detail. They did not take too much off but shaped my brows quite nicely. Would come here next time we end up coming back to the Chicagoland suburbs to visit. read more

First off let me start off by saying I was driving 40 minutes to see my usual eyebrow person. I could not for the life of me do this every month. Based on the reviews I gave it a shot. Fatima's lashes are good. For the look though. They are damaging for your natural lashes and if you go to a real LICENSED lash tech, they will tell you what's wrong with your lashes when they see them. She's quick and CHEAP, these things are for a reason read more

I know people miss Mamta, and she had done my brows many times, too. However ... I went in last weekend and had a new (to me) gal ... wish I knew her name, but she was probably my age (as opposed to the really young gal). I have to say that between her meticulous attention to the threading process and the extra (compared to past experiences) time that she let the tint sit, my eyebrows look the best they ever have. read more

I have a scar on my eyebrow since I was a little girl and they fixed my eyebrows better than I've ever seen them before! This place is a hidden gem I would recommend to anyone! They really know what they're doing! The prices are also better than any I've seen in town! So you have no excuse not to tip!! They are worth every penny! read more

Fatima is a SWEETHEART AND A GEM . Customer service at its finest. I drive all the way from downtown Chicago just to see her. She never fails me in any service I ask for. Zara is very sweet and kind as well. Everyone that sees her is always leaving the salon happy. I found this amazing place on yelp. I'm always afraid to get my brows done since I've been to places that has completely messed them up or made them too thin. This place is fantastic. I don't even live in rolling meadows anymore but i prefer getting my eyebrows threaded less often and making the trip here because i always, always leave happy! The space is spotless, the ladies are kind and do an incredible job at a fair price. Such a fan, I don't even have a favorite - everyone is well trained and has done a great job! I drive over 30 minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded and its worth the drive! I've been coming here for about two months now and I really like going in. Not only are the girls super fast, but its also very cheap. You also get a punch card and after your tenth visit you get a free threading. Highly suggest coming here, they do a great job!!! read more

This is my new favorite place for my eyebrows and lashes. I've always had full eyebrows and most places try to thin them out. Fatima understands that I love my eyebrows and does a great job on cleaning up loose hairs only. Her lash application is phenomenal. They last over 2wks and she actually has to remove them with a special gel. Do not attempt to remove them yourself. The short medium length is what is pictured (my pic in the red tee) Make sure you give yourself plenty of time because lash applications can take some time. read more

I absolutely love this place! I've gone here 6 times and every single time I've left the place so happy about my eyebrows! First time I came in... like anyone else you're nervous because you don't want them to mess your eyebrows up. I clearly told them thick brows and well I had no shape anymore since I had not done my eyebrows for almost 8 months. Well!!! they did an amazing job!! First, second and third time were different people each time and they did not disappoint me! On my 4th visit I saw Shana on my 5th and 6th also saw Shana and let me just say SHE IS MY TOP PICK!!! Being an esthetician myself I know how eyebrow shaping and skin care should be done. Having so, I'm fastidiously selective on who I'd let touch my eyebrows. Fatima is absolutely amazing, I had thin eyebrows and grew them out to be reshaped. I was referred to Fatima after I complimented someone on their eyebrows. I was naturally skeptical my first time, but Fatima transformed my eyebrows into exactly what I envisioned them to look like. I have been coming to her now for 4 months and will not go to anyone else. I am beyond satisfied with Eyebrow Threading and Beyond. Other staff members are just as great as Fatima. They treat you with such care and won't let you leave unsatisfied. This place is horrible. I went in to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. I waited like 20 min for the lady to get to me. Then the lady was doing a pretty good job up until the tinting. She gets the liquid in my eye. Then she very harshly rubs it off it felt like she was ripping my eye lashes off. Then when she was finally done she took the brush and REALLY HARSHLY brushed my lashes. After I open my eyes on eye is way to curly and it looked disgusting. She didn't even do the bottom lash. Over the phone I called and asked how much is a lifts and tint and they said $50 then when I paid they charge me $65 because apparently the tint is a $15 charge. ON TOO OF THIS SHE DIDNT EVEN DO THE BOTTOM LASH. I will NEVER come to this place again. I hate this and don't recommend it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE read more

Went in as a walk in, and was very pleased. When you walk in you notice how clean and professional this place is. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The girl who tended to me was very nice and fast. Super gentle unlike other places. I was so beyond happy with the results, and they matched the tint to my hair color, even suggesting which shades would look better. Since i have a dark brown reddish hair color with blonde bslayage.very friendly and great. Definitely going again. Now my go to spot. & i live in Streamwood. read more

She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows done & made some suggestions. The employee took about 2.5 hours for the entire procedure. She was also taking walk ins for eye brow threading. I had the setting solution on for literally an hour while she was working on other people. My lashes are not even lifted that much, mine typically go straight down but now they are just straight out and curled on the ends. Also, once she finished she did not give me any instructions for afterwards, no spoolie, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service. I would recommend spending the extra money to go somewhere else.

A rare gem of a salon I happened to stumble upon several months back through an online search. Its located inside a shopping plaza and on the outside, looks like those salons inside the mall or Walmart that do mostly eyebrows. But they are so much more with the unique phenomenal services they provide ! They offer cluster and gorgeous individual eyelash extensions Absolutely wonderful lashes at an affordable rate. Their is an individual private room where you can relax, lay back, and listen to their always soothing eclectic background music, where Fatima does individual lash extensions and other services. Fatima goes above and beyond to achieve the look you are looking for with the lashes. She does cluster lashes for like 50$ and is certified in individual Classic Lash Extensions and Russian Volume, under 150$ I believe. They also have a few ladies doing eyebrow and face threading and wax, out in the common area as well as brow tinting. I get my face threaded fully for about $30 for exfoliation/anti-aging. Also, I have gotten my brows tinted , which looked nice also, customized to my complexion and hair color. For myself, I had very sparse lashes and I wanted long glamorous extensions, and the owner put on individual lashes to hold up the clusters, has done hybrid exyensions on me, and Russian Volume mixed with Classical, just stunning. They looked beautiful and my own lashes actually grew during the process! She advised me on growing out my own lashes and always cares about lash health, keeping this in mind with her services. Also, I must say how warm, sweet, flexible, and just lovely people working there are. I had lost a phone in an uber on my way over there and they went above and beyond to help me, even finding a ride home for me! Also, I must comment to their strict adherence to COVID 19 policy with masks and hygiene as well as social distancing. And , to my delight, Fatima nstalled keratin bond hair extensions on me, which is not on their regular "menu" but again Fatima is certified and trained and did the best job I have ever had. I have had Keratin Individual hairl extensions done elsewhere about 5 times, always with many pieces falling out in the following days, weeks, and months. Here, in over a month I have had only one individual extension come out in 5 weeks total (vs 1 a day elsewhere, 20 to 30 total). I have really developed a friendly relationship with Fatima and will continue to come back, supporting this wonderful individual small business owner! read more

I rarely leave reviews but I went to Fatima to get my brows done yesterday after feeling let down by multiple salons I felt like she might be my last hope. I originally went in for eyebrow threading and she suggested microblading but I told her I'd like to try tinting before something more permanent, she was very understanding and didn't pressure me into any treatment I'm not sure about, I appreciate this as a shy, nonconfrontational person. She put the tint on my eyebrows and I was astounded at how dark and uneven it was at first before I googled that the tint comes off the skin hahaha. After a few minutes she wiped it off and I saw that my brow hairs were immediately darker. She had two-three other clients she was serving while doing my eyebrows which is probably why she didn't have the time to pay attention to detail for such a service but I don't mind because after I wiped the tint off my skin I got so happy. Once I saw how my brows looked naturally without the tint on my skin I got so excited and immediately went to do my makeup to see how my new brows would look with my everyday makeup. I used a darker brow pencil to fill in the tail and some gel, that's all I had to do to fill in my brows which felt amazing because usually im spending 45 minutes trying to make my light, sparse brows look even and visible, yesterday I spent maybe 5-10 minutes on them. That's a big difference. Now even without makeup I am much more confident with my dark brows because now I feel like they're noticeable and frame my face beautifully. I appreciate Fatima for being so sweet during our service and making me feel comfortable, and not only that when I got home and wiped the tint off my skin I felt so confident and happy! Thank you, Fatima, for restoring my confidence and making me feel beautiful. I will be coming back I've included four pictures, two during the treatment and a before and after of my naked eyebrows, hoping this convinces someone to go and get their brows done by Fatima! read more

One of my best friend's told me about this eyebrow place that she found via Yelp. I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows for a while and was not happy with the brow place that I was going to. My friend went to Eyebrow Threading & beyond and had only good things to say. She sent me a picture of her eyebrows right after and they looked amazing. So, naturally I took her word for it and gave it a try. Literally, the second I walked in I was greeted by a sweet young lady by the name of Zara. There were 2 ladies in front of me, but I had no problem waiting. Just for the few minutes I was sitting and observing, Zara took her time and was not rushing. She took her time, which I personally think is the most important. Time. As it was my turn next I was texting my friend that I was so nervous just because I have not got mine done in a while and I was at a new place. Finally, I get to Zara and we have a discussion about my eyebrows, and she was so sweet and told me where I need to grow my hair in etc. She threaded my brows, basically did a clean up. They looked so good. We got on the topic of eyebrow tinting because I was looking into that for a while. She assured me that it would look wonderful and it wouldn't look too harsh, which I was nervous for because again never have done something like this. After tinting them for 7 minutes, which was only $7 they looked amazing. I quickly sent my friends a picture and all of them are interested now in tinting! I'm so happy I found out about Eyebrow Threading & Beyond! After finding out about this place, this is the only place I go to for my eyelash extensions. This place is better than any other eyelash extensions place I've been to and it's totally worth my drive there. They're so clean, professional, friendly and communicative. Everytime I walk out of there I feel like a model, I swear. I get soooo many compliments and everyone wants to know where I went. They always last for several weeks as long as you take care of them. Whenever I get them done, it completely changes my look and my eyes feel beautiful omg! I recently got the Russian whispies applied and they're so gorgeous! Fantina was amazing! I have never done threading before and I would only go here to get my eyebrows done from now on. My daughter had her threading done also with Mamta and she did a great job. We were so happy with the results. I also got a bikini wax and she was very knowledgeable. Any hairs that were left she threaded them. Best bikini wax I ever had. I also told her what I wanted to do with my eyebrows long term and she tinted them for me. The service there is wonderful! I feel so lucky to have found them. You can call or text them which is amazing. They are open 7 days a week and were very accommodating in fitting me and my daughter in after 6:00 pm! I've never posted a review before, but the place deserves one. A few weeks ago, I noticed how incredible this girl's eyelashes looked. Even when I've had extensions in the past they have NEVER looked that good. She told me about this place and raved about how great Fatima was, so I had to try for myself. I ended up going in for a full set of lash extensions last night and it was a great experience. Fatima was very kind and the type of person you want to give business to. I work long hours so the only time I could get there was 7:15pm (mind you, they close at 8pm). She never made me feel rushed and even threaded my brows last-minute, which is something I've never had done before. My lashes and brows have never looked better. I absolutely love coming here, and I've been coming here for almost a year now. The staff is so friendly and professional, especially Fatima! She's one of the sweetest and nicest people I've met. Hello! My girls and I have been coming to ET&B for the past 3 years now. We have never had an issue this any of the services. We love Fatima and her friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, the salon is always clean and making new/updated changes. This has been my go-to salon since they opened, and I love it here! I usually got it done by Mamta and Fatima, but the last time I came here, Mamta screwed them up a bit so I came back and Fatima did them for me. She did a fabulous job like always! Worst place .... I have a scar on my right eye brow .... Talked to Mamta offered to draw the brow that would help her .... Bust she flat refused amd screwed up my brow, .she just took off the entire right half of my eyebrow . And.then fatima came over and kept on covering mamta's mistake .... I started out getting my eyebrows done here, now it's turned into eyebrows and eyelashes. I love how they look every time. Fatima does an amazing job with my eyelash extensions. If you follow her instructions about the 48 hours/ after care for the extensions, they will last 4-5 weeks and still look natural and amazing. She talks you thru the different options that she has.
