I ended up migrating over to Angie I'm trying to thicken my eye brows and she's helping me shape them great

This is the only location I go to! I cannot go anywhere else because I am scared someone will eventually ruin my eyebrows. I been coming here for about 3-4 years now and I am a very satisfied/loyal customer. It is a very clean environment and they do get busy during the weekend so I recommended going on a weekday. I definitely recommend Angie, Priscilla or Sita. All three do an amazing job and they take their time with their customers. I usually get my eyebrows done at Zeba's. Currently I don't have a Zeba's near so I decided to give this place a try. First impression was, 1. The place looks clean 2. They are busy, which means people like their service 3. Eyebrow threading is cheaper here than Zeba's... SCORE!!!! The first time I got my eyebrows threaded here I loved them. The girl (I forgot her name) threaded my brows just like I wanted them. The second time around not so much, but it was my fault for not letting her know how I wanted them. I ended up with thin brows, which I don't like. I definitely will make this my home threading place since its convenient for me and I get the same as Zeba's. read more

I have very "difficult" eyebrows; they're full in some parts and thin at the ends. After trying many places in the area and even driving all the way to Los Angeles, I came here and my eyebrows come out perfect every time. Irving is the only one I can trust with my eyebrows. I usually come with Angie and although the others are pretty good, I prefer Angie. She is precise, gentle and very accommodating. I hoped that once Angie left on maternity leave I would continue to have a positive experience but I just got turned away for a wax. They were not willing to find an alternate time, even after I offered to come back later. Sita was vey nice and apologetic, however the other women that works towards the back right area, was kinda rude. I want Angie back! read more

I went here one day on a whim. I don't know the name of the girl who helped me. She was pregnant. She literally threaded my eyebrows in no more than 3 minutes!!! I didn't even feel any pain which usually getting my eyebrows threaded hurts me so bad. She finished so quickly and said I was all done. She hands me a mirror to look at my eyebrows and I was expecting them to be bad since she finished so fast , but to my surprise they looked AMAZING!!! They were not too thin or left too thick. They were just right and she even fixed the arch! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! And it's super cheap! Place was very nice and clean. Couldn't ask for anything better. read more

I have been going to this spot for four years. My favorite person there is Jackie! However she is not there anymore, hopefully she will return soon. The next person I trust to shape my eyebrows would be Ami. For those that are considering threading, do it! It can be painful, but beauty is pain. 5/5 for Sita - she is GREAT with eyebrows and I always go to her. She is super friendly too and gives a mini massage at the end! however, this place is pricey! i've had my eyebrows done at lots of different places - from the heart of new york city to the suburbs of the bay area and everywhere in between -- and this place is def overcharging for their service. that hasn't kept me away, though, but it might be time to explore the other options in the area. read more

I am soooooo angry I could curse!!!!! I've never had a problem here my usual girl I get my eyebrows done from Sita wasn't there today. I had to get them done today. So I opted for a another lady. Well she did a horrible job ruined my beautiful eyebrows that took a whole damn year to get them to this shape and fullness. Keep in mind that my eyebrows are very thin. Well she managed to mess them up didn't even make them even left me a damn ball spot and very very thin shape!!!!!. I'm so angry I'm crying! I didn't get her name but she is an older lady. I'm seriously disappointed I'm not going back. I feel bad for the normal lady that does mine. But because of that other lady she lost a costumer!!! It was my 2nd time here & Sita is so awesome! She really listens to what you are wanting & gives you great suggestions too !like using warm Castro oil to make eyebrows grow. First time getting my eyebrows threaded, and I must say I'm definitely coming back! Like the previous reviewers, I was finished in a couple of minutes. The staff was all packed and busy working on customers, but luckily for me there was no wait or line and I was called up next when I arrived around late afternoon on Friday. I'd say it's definitely painful for my first experience, but the way my brows came out are perfect! A little thinner than my usual style, but I'll manage. Great service. I go to Irving and he always does a nice job on my eyebrows. My only minor complaint is when the manager (owner?) reprimanded one of the employees in front of everyone. To me, that is not professional and should be done in private. I felt embarrassed for the employee. read more

Ive been coming here since it opened. I prefer Ami & Jackie. They always give good customer service. Ami & Jackie make you feel so welcome. The owner is very pleasant too. It's good to come to a place that they know you by your first name. It makes it that much nicer. Yes you will have to wait that's just the way it goes when your waiting for the best. If your in a rush then come early. Or else your going to be all pissy and will probably put the employees in a bad mood!!! read more

Love this place! All of the eyebrow artists do an awesome job. It moves pretty quickly even when it's packed. I especially like Tabu. I was sad when she left for a few months but happy to see her back! She arches your brows exactly as you want them and doesn't make them too thin! read more

My usual spot to get the brows cleaned. Facility is clean and people are nice. Go to Sita every time! It costs about $9...such a good deal.

I have been going to this eyebrow place for over ten years and even though five years ago I moved further and it takes me thirty mins to get there I still go to Eyebrow Image because I have tried other places and I always end up disappointed, I like my eyebrows a bit thick and Angie is great I love that you tell her how you want your eyebrows and she makes it happen. At other places I say thick and they make them thin and end up unhappy. Everyone here is very friendly but my favorite is Angie, I have tried other people here but I like to stick to Angie. Frankly, I am a sucker for all things cheap and this ain't it... As far as I can see, there's nothing woo-hoo about threading and I still don't get it why they charge you sky-high (at least in my standards). I give them an OK as they get the job done but still their rates can be better. I prefer to go to Cerritos when time permits, where I can get the same services for a lot cheaper.. read more

Irving does a Great Job and is Super NicE!

Love this place! Never disappoints! I've coming here since 2009. Amy used to be my to-go girl but she left last year, she always knew how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and she had a really "soft" hand. She usually was pretty busy with all this girls waiting for her but she was worth it. Once she left I switched to Angie, she is really good too. She also knows how I want my eyebrows to be done with just one time of explaining her. She is busy too, lots of clients waiting to see her. She knows me by name and remembers a lot of personal details which help make conversation and times goes by fast. She knows what she is doing. I will recommend to give her a try. When she's not there then I go to Tina. Also really good! read more

I really like the service they have here. No complaints at all. Honestly, eye threading salons are a hit or miss and this is a definite hit for me, I recommend Angie and then Sita. They're both really skilled and most important they know how to make it symmetric! Now that's a skill you need them to have otherwise your eyebrows are going to come out all jacked up! I'd definitely give it a try at least once, if I didn't I would have never known this place and I used to go to a place in anaheim! SITA is the best for eyebrows. She ask you if you want them shaped or cleaned up. She takes her time with the threading. She'll ask at the end if you want gel. It does get packed especially on the weekends so go in the morning or during the week. read more
