I have ALWAYS gotten my eyebrows waxed, until I started coming here! And now, I will never go back to waxing. I only go to Seema, (but I imagine everyone there is great too)! Seema is fantastic! Went to have my under arms threaded, and waited 30 minutes for my turn only to have the girl tell me she did not know how to do it. I'm normally not one to complain about most things. I went in to get my brows cleaned up and a bit on the sides taken care of. I'm 9 months pregnant. I usually see Neelum but apparently she's not working there anymore. I figured I'd give this new lady a chance. She does my brows so roughly. I swear I thought she was mad at me and was purposely trying to hurt me. I didn't say anything because I understand sometimes it hurts. I received a free lower lip through yelp since she went over that area I figured I'd use it. I went to pay and showed her the yelp offer I received. The lady acted like she didn't know anything about it and tried to get me to use it next time but it looked like there was a 4 hour timer going off. She again kept saying she didn't know what it was. I told her to call her manager and figure it out. She finally calls and then she handed me the phone I explained to Rupi who I guess is the manager what I received through yelp. She told me it was for the lower lip area and not the chin which is what I was being charged for. On their price area no where does it show the lower lip area charge so i figured it was the same thing as chin area. After going back and forth about what it covered she said she would take the charge off for the chin area which I was pleased with. But when I went to pay....I was still charged. I talked to some friends and found a new place to take my business to. I was told multiple times to stop going there since Neelum left and they just started messing up my brows but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Not doing that anymore. read more

No matter how specific my instructions are, these workers never do anything right and just give me the worst possible shape for my face. Now they are pencil thin and misshapen, and far from my original arch. I had been doing them myself for months while growing them out and now I have to start all over. Been 2 times. First time store was too quiet, the lady who did my eyebrows was nice but stopped in the middle to chat with her son and husband who came in. Second time the owner was there with a girl she was training. Girl missed hairs and had a bad attitude-- also a few other negative things I will not mention here. Bottom line they charge $12 and do not even message. Not worth it. I would rather head to the spice sore in Fairfield and get my eyebrows done by nicer ladies for literally half the price! $6 and they give the best messages! read more

I went here for the first time on Saturday. The place was empty around 3pm. I hadn't had threading done before so I was a little nervous. I explained to them what I wanted and the lady went to work. It was fairly painless for the most part. I felt a little awkward having to stretch my eyelid and brow. My eyebrows looked good, a little thinner than I would have liked, but a great shape. She also did my upper lip, now I don't know if I'm just a wussy but that s*** hurt like a mother!! Ive never had a waxing hurt as bad as the this... Granted she got every single hair but still, I think I'll still to wax next time, which their sign says they have available, but it was never offered. Their prices are really great here though! $30 for two eyebrow threadings and an upper lip. Usually I pay that for one person! They also have a variety of jewelry to buy from. read more

They do a great job on eyebrows , but only down fall is ., I don't know if customer service it's just taught in American only but I've notice that many Asian & middle eastern companies have awful customer service skills.. if you're moody & treat me like crap, guess what? I had a terrible experience when I did my eyebrows back in late August. It took a while for my eyebrows to grow back and I had some hardcore trust issues after that experience. Half a year later, I decided it was time to venture out and find a new person who could pretty up my eyebrows.
