This place has been great 4/5 times I've been there so far. I forgot to get the names of everyone that's done my brows but just recently have I asked. PRIYA (spelling might be wrong) has been my favorite so far. She took her time and made sure my eyebrows were even and well cleaned up. There was one worker a few weeks before this recent cleanup that completely rushed through my brows and left them uneven. It's no excuse but I'm guessing because of the amount of people that were in line for that day (6 including myself) and her being the only one working caused her to speed her way through each person. Unfortunately didn't get her name but I'll remember to ask if I see her again. read more

My daughter went back today and it was a new lady. She had told her what was wrong and gave her 2 options on how she could fix it which was really great. She fixed the top a little so that the shape would be even as the other one. She cleaned up the bottom without making her eybrows thinner which was good and at the end she told her how long she should grow it out before getting them done again. This was a better service than last time and I really appreciate her expertise! read more

First and foremost, this was my first time threading my eyebrows. I've read the pros and cons to threading but wanted to try nonetheless. I should also add that I'm super super particular about my eyebrows and was hesitant to try a new place but I'm new to the area and driving an hour to get my brows done wasn't gonna happen. Found this spot on Yelp and was a tiny bit nervous but liked what I saw from majority of the comments. People, let me tell you that this was one of my better decisions of 2016. I 100% recommend Eyebrow Hub. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Fast, efficient, and super affordable. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends! read more

Eyebrow Hub - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Vallejo, California

I've come in to this eyebrow hub with 3-4 months in between and I have mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes I get someone to shape my brows just the way I ask, and other times I get someone who just pulls the strays and keeps my brows full and thick. The last time I came in I requested my brows to be shaped, but instead I got a thick straight brow with the worker explaining that the top part of my brow is straight so she has to keep my bottom portion straight too. After my brow service I ended up just plucking my own brows at home to give it a normal arch. This place is a hit or miss. read more

My go to spot for my eyebrow threading, always get it right and do a nice job. Quick and accurate is best to describe their service.

Staying in vallejo for the next 3 months and thankfully found this place nearby to where I'm staying! I am always nervous to try a new place and she did awesome ! read more

Good threading for eyebrows, but the service is lackluster.

I am so happy they are OPEN! I feel comfortable going in because they are following all of the safety guidelines. Not to mention, as always, they did a GREAT job on my eyebrows! read more

I have ALWAYS gotten my eyebrows waxed, until I started coming here! And now, I will never go back to waxing. I only go to Seema, (but I imagine everyone there is great too)! Seema is fantastic! Her skills & abilities are beyond words, but she is also the sweetest woman. I love going to her to get my brows done (in a matter of seconds too, may I add) and chatting with her kind soul. I look forward to my next visit every time I'm walking out the doors :) I really LOVE this place!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!! read more

I'm always satisfied whenever I walk out this shop! But I wish there were more workers working. The wait can be a little long. Overall, I always like my experience here! read more

I'm normally not one to complain about most things. I went in to get my brows cleaned up and a bit on the sides taken care of. I'm 9 months pregnant. I usually see Neelum but apparently she's not working there anymore. I figured I'd give this new lady a chance. She does my brows so roughly. I swear I thought she was mad at me and was purposely trying to hurt me. I didn't say anything because I understand sometimes it hurts. I received a free lower lip through yelp since she went over that area I figured I'd use it. I went to pay and showed her the yelp offer I received. The lady acted like she didn't know anything about it and tried to get me to use it next time but it looked like there was a 4 hour timer going off. She again kept saying she didn't know what it was. I told her to call her manager and figure it out. She finally calls and then she handed me the phone I explained to Rupi who I guess is the manager what I received through yelp. She told me it was for the lower lip area and not the chin which is what I was being charged for. On their price area no where does it show the lower lip area charge so i figured it was the same thing as chin area. After going back and forth about what it covered she said she would take the charge off for the chin area which I was pleased with. But when I went to pay....I was still charged. I talked to some friends and found a new place to take my business to. I was told multiple times to stop going there since Neelum left and they just started messing up my brows but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Not doing that anymore. read more

Eyebrow Hub - This is the next day. She really hurt me. - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Vallejo, California

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am constantly disappointed in the service. No matter how specific my instructions are, these workers never do anything right and just give me the worst possible shape for my face. Now they are pencil thin and misshapen, and far from my original arch. I had been doing them myself for months while growing them out and now I have to start all over. I am highly disappointed and I am never going back again. read more

I have ever never had threading done before and holy cow it was awesome !! She was amazing! I've heard from different people it hurts but it didn't at all ! She was very friendly, quick and shaped my brows just the way I wanted them. She is going to definitely be my new eyebrow go to from now on!!! read more

Never again. My brows are now uneven and have bald spots. I'm so mad. I guess cause it was my first time here, I feel she didn't care enough to do a good job. read more

My brow line feels as clean and soft as a baby's bottom, thanks to Bobby! She was very accommodating and worked swiftly and surely. I like the smell of new homes/businesses in the area, so I look forward to visiting here again soon for my threading services and work up to my free session :D read more

Me and my sister got our eye brows done and henna. .good job ladies

Went to have my under arms threaded, and waited 30 minutes for my turn only to have the girl tell me she did not know how to do it. Really just annoyed that I wasted 30 minutes of my life sitting ther. If not everyone on staff can offer clients ALL of services listed then they SHOULD not be listed. Advice call ahead. read more

Been 2 times. First time store was too quiet, the lady who did my eyebrows was nice but stopped in the middle to chat with her son and husband who came in. Second time the owner was there with a girl she was training. Girl missed hairs and had a bad attitude-- also a few other negative things I will not mention here. Bottom line they charge $12 and do not even message. Not worth it. I would rather head to the spice sore in Fairfield and get my eyebrows done by nicer ladies for literally half the price! $6 and they give the best messages! read more

I get my eyebrows done in FF at Touch of India but it was a bit of a drive for me so I decided to try this place. She did my eyebrows well but it hurt so bad compared to my lady in FF. Haven't tried again yet but maybe I will next time. read more

First time customer and was VERY pleased. My daughter, my mother, and I all had our eyebrows done. The place is so clean and comfortable. Great service and the process was quick and we all left with relatively little redness. We will definitely be coming back. Great place. read more

I have a very hairy face, and i don't trust just anyone to torture my forehead. I decided to give the ladies at eyebrow hub a shot. I was really impressed by the skill level of Rupi. She listened carefully to how I like my brows and perfected them. The shop is clean and quiet. I will be returning when the hair starts acting up again! read more

I went here for the first time on Saturday. The place was empty around 3pm. I hadn't had threading done before so I was a little nervous. I explained to them what I wanted and the lady went to work. It was fairly painless for the most part. I felt a little awkward having to stretch my eyelid and brow. My eyebrows looked good, a little thinner than I would have liked, but a great shape. She also did my upper lip, now I don't know if I'm just a wussy but that s*** hurt like a mother!! Ive never had a waxing hurt as bad as the this... Granted she got every single hair but still, I think I'll still to wax next time, which their sign says they have available, but it was never offered. Their prices are really great here though! $30 for two eyebrow threadings and an upper lip. Usually I pay that for one person! They also have a variety of jewelry to buy from. read more

Had a great experience today, was a little hesitant about the new face doing the eyebrows in the new location, but I gave her a shot and I was very impressed, Lena did a wonderful....wonderful job!!! My regular gal (Bobby) has been out, possibly because she's on her third trimester, she also does a magnificent job! So, check them out and make sure you have Lena do your eyebrows, she is very skilled, friendly and excellent customer service! I was so delighted, I purchased the ash brown bow kit to define my eyebrows. Thanks Lena! read more

I stumbled upon this business a few weeks ago and wandered in. I didn't have an appointment but was taken in and I stepped out with a nice clean brow line and it didn't take too long! The prices are reasonable and found it a great alternative to waxing. I will continue to support this business! Go out there and check it out, we need to keep more businesses open in Vallejo! read more

Cozy little business place and great customer service. Now I know where to get my eyebrows done without driving all the way to the mall

Fast, easy, and the woman who assisted me was a total sweetheart & paid attention to what I requested; eyebrows came out great! Will definitely be coming back! Affordable at $10 for eyebrow threading; and they give you a rewards card so that your 8th visit is FREE. Bonus that they're open by 10 am and it wasn't crowded at all at that time :) read more

I love this place. This is by far the best threading I have ever gotten. She is so gentle, and doesn't rip through your skin like most places. read more

I absolutely love this place! I'm so particular about my eyebrows and these ladies never disappoint ! I don't go very often due to the fact that my eyebrows grow slow but they give me the best advice and make my eyebrows look amazing ! read more

So I recently moved to the area and usually I get my brows waxed at my last local nail solan. I looked on yelp and seen this place here in town so i thought I would try it out. Personally waxing is my thing, but since I haven't had much luck with the shape I really want, i gave threading another shot. The place is clean, and the ladies were friendly. I really liked all of the sparkly jewelry they sold as well. Over all it hurt a little but beauty is pain. My shape however, BRILLIANT! Will return read more

The place is very clean, service was great and the lady that fixed my eyebrows was fast and did a really good job with my eyebrows and even applied lotion to them afterward since my skin gets a bit irritated. I will keep coming to this place, it was my first time giving them a try and I liked their service. read more

They do a great job on eyebrows , but only down fall is ., I don't know if customer service it's just taught in American only but I've notice that many Asian & middle eastern companies have awful customer service skills.. if you're moody & treat me like crap, guess what? IM NOT COMING BACK! Idc how good you are.. and that is exactly why every time you walk past them, the store be empty.. again, maybe it's unintentional, but they literally mug you & have such a draining presence when you walk in. This why they struggle to bring in clients read more

I came here at 5:40.. 20 minutes before they close only to get the door locked in my face without a response. How rude. I'll take my business elsewhere then. read more

Quick and thorough but a little more painful than usual. People seem to like them as there was a little bit of a wait. If you're in the area go $15 for brow and lip which is cheaper then most places I've been to. read more
