I had a horrible experience with this business. At first it seemed as though they had given my…read moredaughter a thorough, complete assessment as a junior in high school preparing for testing and college. Initially I thought the manger was honest and knowledgeable. She sold me on a study skills package supposedly to offset the more expensive test tutoring rate and assured me it would help. Offered me a prepayment discount and I trustingly agreed without hesitation. STUPID. From the first meeting my daughter was adding and subtracting fractions for more than enough time and it kept continuing even after I mentioned that she said none of it felt very helpful. My daughter was looking forward to the help in her school work and test prep so she had no reason to be inaccurate. After several conversations about where this was helping and going, mostly after playing phone tag getting no recourse, I said this is not at all what you sold to us and I want to go in a different direction. I was furious at how little they valued our time and business after entrusting and paying so much up front. They only care about money. I asked for a refund and at least expected a compromise for my wasted time and money and got some rude punk on email who argued with me through my outrage and refused to speak to me on the phone because he didn't appreciate my tone! He also proceeded to tell me that my 17 year old daughter must have been misinforming me among other things. I told him they have the most disgraceful customer service and that I will be pursing further action if at all possible. They gave me a refund ONLY for visits not used and told me they will not honor the prepay discount either. He also lied and said she had 6 absences which is BULL because I know for a fact that any session we did not go to we gave ample notice. I trusted the girl in management because I knew her a little and it was a big mistake. I will warn anyone of this business because if you're paying you'll be fine but any dissatisfaction, good luck. I called to try to get a refund or at least convert the sunken cost to one on one tutoring, but they said no. The most they would do was give me a $300 credit, but I would have to pay $200 to use it.
