The one functioning bathroom is simply filthy. Its great location but well traveled and need deep clean. Camping is nicer

I know, I know...it's odd to review a gas station... However, for the weary traveler who has to make an emergency pit stop here's a word of warning. The bathrooms in this place stink like someone has been using the floor instead of the actual toilet. Additionally, the prices here are ridiculously high compared to most of the other places I saw...simply because of their location. If you can wait for gas...or to pee...I'd suggest you do just that. read more

Stopped by for a sandwich and drink. The sandwich (Ham & Cheese) was seriously old. The bread was hard as a rock stale. the cheese was moldy and the ham well it was just sliced ham. At least the pumps worked, unlike the Exxon down the street. Overpriced gas, though, and there aren't many options in the area. Clean gas station, though, and relatively easy to access at the traffic light. Still, if I could avoid, I'd seek out less expensive fuel somewhere else. If you're near the Mills, if you NEED gas now, go with this one over the other one. They're both Exxon, they're both the same overpriced rates, but this one has working pumps, is less-used, is cleaner, and likely much less crowded. read more

This place is terrible.. gas is sky high and the milk is always sold on the day of expiration. Will never go back to either Exxon by the mall again. I bought a gallon of milk and it was 6 days expired. Not thinking about it because the store is supposed to monitor this, I gave a bottle to my infant son. Watch this place.. could be other items expired as well. Seems like they are more into making money than being safe. 6-2-2017 I bought milk again from this establishment. Milk expiration 6-13-2017. You wait in line to find out the automated system doesn't take credit cards. Only exact change. With prices at 9, 11, and 13, it's expensive for the quality of wash you get. How hard would to t be to put a sign up at the beginning of the line ? If the business is to lazy to do something simple, how likely are they to keep the car wash in good operating condition? If we are running errands or shopping, this location is convenient. There is more traffic on the weekends.

Not only do they set gas prices tremendously high (+30 cents to the norm usually) but the food inside is just as ridiculously priced. I'd rather push my car somewhere else than get gas here. read more

Obviously they are price gouging at this location. They,currently, sell gas at $2.59 for unleaded but if you buy a car wash they can give it to you for 20¢ less....really?!?!?! Obviously, they can offer it cheaper but don't. What a scam. read more

Over priced and terrible customer service. I figured for such an area service would be a lot better.

Charge $.20 per gallon extra for credit card purchase, even though it was an Exxon card, so I paid $2.45 per gallon for regular gas; highway robbery!. This is the worse place to get gas, their price is higher that most others. So we're living with COVID, and encouraged to use credit card instead of cash to reduce exposure to people and reduce the spread of the virus, but what does the intellects at this gas station do, they overcharge for "Exxon credit card" gas purchases and to top this off....you have to go into the store for your receipt. Usually, Exxon honor their gas cards with the cash price. So I asked the cashier about the higher price, because having the Exxon card was not honored and they charged much more for credit card purchase as compared to other gas stations. The guy then tries to hand me a credit card application and told me I needed a different Exxon credit card, one that also offers rewards. I will never go back to this gas station, they should be investigated. read more

Expensive gas and a barely working car wash. Cheaper gas is down on Annapolis road. The car wash is a brushless wash which barely does any good. I recommend going to the Shell station at the corner of Ridge and Annapolis Rd. They have a car wash that actually cleans your car. This gas station does have friendly attendants, clean bathrooms, and food available (you shouldn't be coming here for the food there are a ton of other options nearby). read more

Poor customer service. I bought propane here 4 days ago and I hooked it up to use it today. When I found that it was leaking I went to exchange it. The manager was condescending and very unprofessional. Needless to say, he didn't help me out and I'm stuck with a leaking propane tank. I will NOT be coming back here for anything. You tend to appreciate clean and decent places like these when traveling long distances by car. Great place to stop get gas and grab a snack or two. Friendly helpful here. The ability to use bathroom without having to gag is great! read more

The two Exxon stations in the Arundel Mills area have the same fuel prices, and both are convenient.

This place has hirindous costmer service they completely. Discriminate against me for using ebt I was first in line the attendant maruice ask me to wait at the other register. That's fine there was another. Attendant Standing closing some other business when he stop he took another customer in front of me this guy left his register to go serve the customer lottery tickets ,mind u back to Maurice he as well left his register to sell another person lottery tickets as well then continued to serve. 6/7other people ahead of me while I was told wait your Just ebt finally the 2nd register. Attendant finally serve me after the store was clear out for moments I was not unruly or disrespectful I just waited steaming this happen always. When I come in this store and the other Exxon down the block as well its discrimination as well Financial and racist they are so disrespectful I well be contacting the proper authorities to let them handle the situation the BOB needs to know about there service read more
