Janead the cashier is a cheat. I had a problem with the car wash, paid but didn't get a code and told him about it to rectify. He lied and told me it didn't charge me. When I went back and showed him my charge on the credit card, he was then able to miraculously pull the receipt up. Do better. Don't cheat people. read more

I literally had to ask for my change. The cashier looked at me crazy. Said you are white man you are rich. Got my change after 3 minutes of holding up the line. read more

I don't want to speak to my current lover, can you put my ex on? I don't have any major problems with overly expensive gas stations, this is one of them, but the place has bad service too, and it's hard to access all tucked away inside the massive shopping center, hidden also with generic colors as per the shopping center guidelines, and I'm not a huge fan of ownership. read more

Exxon First Colony - I prefer the second colony but the third one sucks - Car Wash Near Me - Sugar Land, Texas

Their customer service to start. One lady was rude just because someone didn't have change, she said if the don't have smaller bill the just can't get anything. The man told me they don't sell feel vats because it's nicotine and said those ones right there? He said we don't have it. I walked out read more

4:45 pm Tuesday the 15th. Tried to buy two items, both items were priced lower on the shelf. The cashier would not honor those prices. I will never go back. I'd rather run out of gas or starve. read more

Texas heat can be unbearable, so imagine standing outside and waiting for your gas to pump, in the heat, with a slow-flow pump? Hopefully, you brought an extra shirt, because you'll most likely be drenched in sweat by the time you're done. There's nothing spectacular about this locale, just gas. Nothing convenient either. I suppose they sell gas, but not even in a correct way. If you enjoy hot days in the sun, being irritated and overcharged, then stop on by! read more

Avoid this store, the employees live mad. you buy something they won't bag it unless you ask and won't offer a receipt. they say absolutely nothing. you can come in make a full purchase and they say not a word to you, unless your a woman. most of the customers work in the area and they treat them like scum. everyone talks about the ride employees that work here. i walked in made a purchase and the middle eastern guy rang me up. my card rang for approval. he looked at me and said not a single word. he just stared at me, didn't offer a bag or anything, he just stared as i walked out. no smile, no have a great day not even a simple thank you. if you own this place please fire someone. everything starts at the top. if their not being courteous it's because the managers aren't doing their job! i've worked in the area over 10 years and i'm looking to go elsewhere because of these angry employees that have no common courtesy. read more

The gas station is nice on the exterior and synonymous with the other First Colony businesses. It has an air and water station that takes credit cards and a car wash. The gas prices are decent. The convenience store itself could do much better in its selection, particularly with the drinks. The restrooms reminded me of what you experience at a 7/11. If you have to make a pit stop for a restroom break, go somewhere else, unless you can't hold it. read more

The owners of this location need to really pick more quality workers and at least get a staff that takes pride in working, the Caucasian woman working at 7:15pm on 2-15-22 obviously did not want to work. Was in her phone sitting down on the job and stayed looking in her phone while we were made to wait! To add insult to the terrible service she had the audacity to be picking actually digging in her nose and looked dead in my face and then stood up to come wait on me! I do not think so you can keep that.. terrible management must do something read more

First the pump wouldn't take my card, then I prepaid inside and the pump didn't end up working so now I have a hold on my card as a refund. Moved to another pump, only to find the keypad doesn't work. Nope! It's too cold and windy out here for this frustrating nonsense. Going somewhere else. read more

Rude cashier older man. Card readers are constantly down and request you pay inside. Very inconvenient for single parent with young kids sleeping in the car, or rainy weather. Car wash has been broken 2/3 times i tried. Card readers will beep constantly and loudly. They never fix this issue! read more

Papers towels often missing No water or dirty water Pump screens hard to read Overall not well maintained Frequently out of gas Speedpass sometimes not working Time for better management Time for an update or clean up! read more

Pumps are terrible. When they're actually working they are slow as shit. Takes forever to get a tank of gas..this is a last resort for me ONLY because they accept speed pass....otherwise I would never ever come here. This is another example of a gas station taken over by a non American and never ever maintained. read more

I can't believe all you losers are riding reviews about gas stations get a fucking life!!! Go Astros though

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a gas station but this one and the people who "run" it are THAT bad. Their pumps NEVER work and it's always a huge waste of time to pull in and try and use the pump and it doesn't work. Then when you tell the Indian guy with the two fists length beard that the pump doesn't work, he yells at you! I don't know whether to be outraged or laugh about that. Don't waste your time. Drive 2 minutes to the next gas station. read more

This gas stations customer service is terrible. After an issue with a double charge, the manager refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call HQ. After she was suddenly able to give me a refund after that, she tossed the refund receipt at me and said "that's all." If I could give no stars to this terrible business, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STATION. read more

I give it 2 stars because it's got gas and it's got snacks/drinks. However, the staff SUCKS. I am about to be 24. I am 6'4 and have a full grown beard. I have literally been kicked out and asked to never come back because they thought I had a fake ID. They card me every single time. I get it, under 30 and whatnot. But, the thing is, they never believe me. They always are so skeptical about my ID. Get some people that speak f**king English! read more

Been filling up here for years because I get better mileage from Exxon gas. Tried to fill up last week -- would not take my Exxon card or Visa card - tried to get info from clerk and he told me to just keep trying different pumps until I found one that worked!! Really?!?! Second visit inside he admitted pumps were changed out a month ago and he didn't know how they worked ?! I really needed gas so he said he could preauthorize an amount for the pump. I asked for 50 he gave me 30...... I think the manager should find a clerk interested in the success of his business ! Have been using this station since it opened - a long time -- May have just used it for the very last time . read more

I go to this station once a month to see if my Exxon card will work at the pumps. It never does. Two calls to Exxon got new cards issued and confirmed no issues with the account. These didn't work, either. I suspect the card readers are off to goad customers to go inside and pay cash. Been fighting this for a year. Not going back to this station until a new owner who actually wants a customer base takes over. read more
