First, we had the best service and they accommodated our speed and style of dining. Tried multiple dishes and desserts. Spicy eggplant stir fried with veggies was delicious and medium spicy was not very spicy. Tom Yum fried rice with shrimp was very seasoned with the right amount of spicy. Pad Thai with beef had the best noodles, perfectly chewy. Slightly on the sweet side, but very addictive. Good portions Papaya salad was very fresh and tasty. Inside was crowded for lunch, but the patio was empty. Patio was lovely today, beautiful weather. Mango with sticky rice and coconut custard was one of the best desserts we had in a long time. Definitely getting this again. The Thai Coffee with crème brûlée was smooth and creamy, very satisfying. Avocado and honey smoothie was creamy and good, maybe more avocado flavor could have improved the taste. Will definitely come back with more friends.

We were leaving So and Bon Tea House caught our eye. We've seen this place before but never had…read moretime to go in. We wanted to a drink and walked in. This place is definitely a go to for a lot of people who are working or studying. On our first visit we tried the Midori Lychee and the DB. They weren't lying when they said the Midori Lychee was crushable and a beloved favorite. The combination of matcha, lavender, and lychee is perfect and so refreshing every time. The DB wasn't for me, not too much of a fan of citrus and coffee. The next few times we went, we've tried the Clouds in Sicily, Cream Cloud Coffee, Hojicha, Chrysanthemum, and the Matcha Limeade and they were all great. The staff here really put care in the drinks they make here. Definitely our new go to matcha and coffee spot. Hopefully they add more coffee drinks in the future but it's still great. Even with four cups, they still filled mine generously, which I really appreciated. The disappointment came once we started drinking. It honestly tasted like milk with unsweetened boba. I don't mind if the boba isn't sweet as long as the drink has enough flavor, but in this case, the milk flavor was overpowering, and the tea was barely noticeable. We also ordered a bean pastry, which was surprisingly delicious! It was sweet, and if you didn't know it was made with beans, you probably wouldn't even notice. Overall, I'd be open to going back. I'm not sure if the overly milky flavor was a fluke from splitting the drinks or if that's just their usual recipe. The café itself is cute with cozy vibes. It's right off a main road (Route 29). Parking is available on the side and in the back, and there's a decent amount of seating. Just note they close at 9 PM, so if you're looking for a late-night café spot, this may not be the best option.
