While they did a fine job with demolishing the old overgrown shrubs, the replacement bushes are the issue. The shrubs they installed were super small late spring of 2018, but I was assured they would develop into thriving bushes. By mid/late summer, a couple of the bushes were dying. I called to report the conditions and received negative response from Jake Tripp. He continually said I was over-watering them even though I wasn't doing that. I continually told him I had not overwatered anything. Finally they did come out and replace 1 shrub and 2 of the ornamental grasses. Fast forward to this year, August 2019, there has been very little progress on the growth of the shrubs. In fact, almost all of them look the same and most of them look even worse than last year. At least 2 shrubs have died completely. Fair warning to future customers, get it in writing that if plants/shrubs are looking bad, they will come out and repair or replace without issues.

They said they'd be at my house between 4:30 and 5:00. At 4:45 Tom pulled up to my house. He took a look at my door, explained why the door had failed (previous owner installed it wrong) and started fixing it right away. The work was done well. My garage door opener is old and doesn't have many safety features. When I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned I'd like a quote for a new opener. Even though he knew I was looking to get a new opener, Tom took the time to oil the chain and adjust the machine so it was working well. I was very pleased with his work and attention to detail. I thought the quote for the opener was reasonable and he'll be coming out next week to install it. I highly recommend Superior. THe work and service are first rate.

In their opinion, I had purchased the unit as new, but it had a rebuilt engine on it. They also point out that the seals on the pump were shot and that the engine was dangerous to operate. They suggested that I check out Lowes or Menards for a replacement. No pressure to take a look at their models. Only when I asked were they more than happy to show a comparable unit. I purchased one on the spot. If you are needing repairs or looking for a first purchase, you definitely need to contact these guys.
