Last year, late spring 2018, we decided to renovate our front landscaping and chose Tripp to do the…read morework. While they did a fine job with demolishing the old overgrown shrubs, the replacement bushes are the issue. The shrubs they installed were super small late spring of 2018, but I was assured they would develop into thriving bushes. By mid/late summer, a couple of the bushes were dying. I called to report the conditions and received negative response from Jake Tripp. He continually said I was over-watering them even though I wasn't doing that. I continually told him I had not overwatered anything. Finally they did come out and replace 1 shrub and 2 of the ornamental grasses. Fast forward to this year, August 2019, there has been very little progress on the growth of the shrubs. In fact, almost all of them look the same and most of them look even worse than last year. At least 2 shrubs have died completely. Fair warning to future customers, get it in writing that if plants/shrubs are looking bad, they will come out and repair or replace without issues.
