They…read morewere hired by the HOA as I live in a condo association and the tree was close to my home but on common property. Following removal of that tree which was quite an undertaking, they were hired to trim a very large birch tree in the front of my home. They did a great job, meticulous job, with both. Why I would recommend them to anyone for future work? They were extremely punctual at every visit for this work. They had top of the line equipment to use on site. The crew was hardworking and polite. And the owner was extremely accommodating to work with the HOA and myself as the homeowner. Conscientious, professional, excellent follow up with stump removal. Owner wants customer to be happy with the job and will do what he can to make it right. And safety was a priority for them. Was surprised to see the one negative review and it's a shame b/c I can't imagine anything but quality work with this company.

Trenton had to remove a fence to get in back yard, and remove my cloths line off tree. Said he put back up along with the fence after the grinder guy came to grind the stump. Almost 2 months ago. The stump is still there, the fence has NOT been put back up and the cloths line is still hanging. While they did a fine job with demolishing the old overgrown shrubs, the replacement bushes are the issue. The shrubs they installed were super small late spring of 2018, but I was assured they would develop into thriving bushes. By mid/late summer, a couple of the bushes were dying. I called to report the conditions and received negative response from Jake Tripp. He continually said I was over-watering them even though I wasn't doing that. I continually told him I had not overwatered anything. Finally they did come out and replace 1 shrub and 2 of the ornamental grasses. Fast forward to this year, August 2019, there has been very little progress on the growth of the shrubs. In fact, almost all of them look the same and most of them look even worse than last year. At least 2 shrubs have died completely. Fair warning to future customers, get it in writing that if plants/shrubs are looking bad, they will come out and repair or replace without issues.
