When I came in the following day with my second vehicle I brought cash for both vehicles because this work deserved to be tipped. Will definitely come back again!

I have a 4 door car that wasn't soiled or extremely dirty. I told him I wanted a bumper to bumper…read moredetailing which I believed included everything. Of course it didn't. I was charged a total of $250 for a small 4 door car, something that would be charged to a large SUV. When I asked him to clean the floor carpet in my car he charged me extra. My mats are the weather tech mats which require a spray and scrub down at most. Two days later I noticed my instrument panel was hard to see through, I tried wiping it down to remove what I think is tire cleaner over spray from the dash board but no luck. Due to the heat it basically baked on to the plastic which is now a huge safety hazard. I try to support those who grind to make an honest living but then you get outcomes like this and basically over charge. Initially I didn't mind paying $250 but now I'm regretting it and with a long two day drive to VA coming up, I have to be extra cautious about my speedometer.

Booking was easy, communication was professional, and my car looks and smells good. My only suggestion is to make sure you are prepared to point out exactly where your concerned spots are. I trusted that the guys would be able to identify all the messes, so I did not give specific instructions. There were things I did not expect to be left behind. These things include hand/finger prints on interior, a sticky mess left in the back seat by my child (#1 reason for booking), and still some dirty spots left on exterior. My car looks good on a superficial level, but I still have things I have to go back and clean. Not what I expected if I'm paying someone to do it.

I expected a thorough detailing with close attention to detail, but it felt more like a basic wash and interior cleaning. Several areas were missed, and although he corrected what I pointed out, my husband later noticed several other things that had been overlooked. I usually check Yelp and Google reviews before purchasing services, but after seeing the Facebook ad and receiving such a prompt response, I didn't think to check. Had I done so, it probably would've saved me $149. Nice and professional service, but the quality did not justify the price.
