They did a level kit on my truck and put on 4 new tires. The did nothing to adjust the chamber so by the first rotation the front tires where basicly shot. The tire manufacturer stopped making that particular tire in the mean time so I ha e to replace all 4. The parent company for them that bought out their online entities have been nothing but rude and refuse to help. Do not work with this company in person or online is my advice. read more

Extremely Disappointed - False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service I ordered from Extreme Customs and was completely let down at every step. They advertise a military discount, but that's simply not true. I logged in through my verified veteran account, and the pricing was exactly the same as when I wasn't logged in--no discount whatsoever. On top of that, they claim to provide lug nuts with their wheels, but when my order arrived, there were none included. My vehicle was already torn apart, so I had to run to O'Reilly's and buy a set just to finish the job. When I called to address these issues, I received some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The representative was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me he was the "highest up" and refused to transfer me--then hung up on me. This entire experience was beyond frustrating. Between the false advertising, missing parts, and lack of professionalism, I will never purchase from Extreme Customs again and will make sure to warn others who are considering them. There are plenty of other companies that actually stand by their word and value their customers--this one clearly doesn't. read more

Tires were recommended by this company and said they are good tires. 14oz each tire except 1 and they said to have them road force balanced. I paid to do that and they failed. Then extreme customs says I have to pay to have tires shipped back and see if the manufacturer will warranty them. 800 plus dollars wasted. Not even the manufacturer is willing to help. DO NOT BUY IRONMAN TIRES or anything from these people. read more

been a customer for years, and I've spent THOUSANDS. That ends today. I purchased a set of tires and needed one returned back for WARRANTY EXCHANGE and they don't provide any label or discount. Both UPS/FEDEX charge $185 to ship 1 33" tire back. how is that cost effective for a $400 tire? Customer service basically says suck it up. having spent close to $7000 in 2 years on tire sets and rims from them, I'm done. I won't be recommending them. it makes ZERO SENSE. Buy LOCAL where you can Exchange LOCAL and have repairs LOCAL. never again. thanks for Nothing read more

Extreme Customs - Tires Near Me - Oshkosh, Wisconsin

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't get ahold of this company to save your life! I've been waiting two weeks for one of their associates to respond back to me as to why my order hasn't shipped. I'll willingly GO PICK IT UP MYSELF, if only an associate would get back to me. -10/10 I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered a set of wheels, online, with a 2-3 day arrival time. 3 days into it and 8 phone calls with no response, I drove up there. They told me the wheels I ordered won't fit, yet they are listed for my vehicle. Ok, fine. I bought a set that they had in stock that would "fit". They didn't. During this, I was supposed to get a refund for the difference in the wheel packages. The guy didn't initiate the return. In honesty my situation was messed up. So, they let me take multiple wheels back home to see which ones would fit. It came down to 2. The one that I picked, I couldn't get because I was told that the refund didn't hit my card(this is where I found it that it was never initiated) so I went with the other set. They gave my 2 different offsets of the same design. So I sent my wife in to have them fix it. The guy told her he wasn't going outside in the rain(seriously) and that a tech need to look at it. It was completely obvious. So it got pushed off almost 2 weeks. She goes in today and they tell her, we can refund you $150 or you can buy 2 new ones that match. ARE YOU KIDDING!! This is completely your mistake and I have to pay for it?! No. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Placed an order, 24 minutes later noticed they were the wrong rim and asked to cancel. They are now charging me $800 saying that the order was picked and in line to be mounted and balanced, all of which supposedly happened in 24 minutes. No one answers the phones or calls you back. They just email saying sorry about your luck. Do yourself a favor, order your wheels with someone else, maybe a company with values and integrity. read more

Zero stars Their system processes orders without your authorization. I went thru the PayPal process and was redirected to the merchant website to review and complete the transaction. Once PayPal redirected me to the merchant website it didn't let me review or consent to the order. It automatically processed it. I immediately emailed and called the merchant to cancel the unauthorized transaction. The merchant will not cancel and refuses to provide information so I can contact the distributor to cancel the unauthorized transaction. I have filed a claim with PayPal and with the BBB. Do not do business with them. Buyer beware read more

Do not buy wheels from these folks. They do not answer the phone....ever. Very disappointed in these folks. First the wheels the salesman sold me where the wrong wheels. Those had to be returned to the manufacturer. Then I picked out another set of wheels which I was then told that are out of stock. I finally get a set of wheels and tires picked out, in stock, and on order. Those wheels come in and there is a large scuff, deep enough to remove the powder coat, that then had to be sent back. So one month later I finally get my wheels and low and behold......the front tires do not fit. They are rubbing against the caliper. I have been calling these folks and emailing them all day and no response. Very disappointing. Jay Sitaras 219-895-7000 read more

I purchased tires from them and had them mounted on to my truck. I have had these tires balanced four times since April of this year. They have been spun balanced as well as road force balanced. I've contacted the company and they said they shouldn't have to do anything about this. Not sure if these were blems but it sure seems it since they won't balance. Poor customer service with smart mouthed representative who could answer none of the questions I had and didn't back their product. read more

I was going to purchase initially from Custom Wheel Offsets but I saw that Extreme Customs was a supporter of wheels for warriors. I really wish I would have NEVER seen that on their website. Couple of issues. #1 There was no voice contact with a single person. It was nerve-wracking because I was purchasing the most expensive rims that I HAVE ever purchased, and it was all done via email... #2 The website was very finicky. I had to close my browser out several times to get it to work. #3 is the deal breaker and the reason I will never work with or recommend Extreme Customs. They cannot have a billing and shipping address. I had my address on the purchase and when my transaction would not go through, I updated "MY BILLING ADDRESS". So extreme customs took it upon themselves to use that as my shipping address and never tell me. There was no popup or any type of notification to let me know I had just changed my address. So, I purchased the most expensive setup I have ever purchased which was almost 600 pounds shipped 7 hours away from me.... This was in my top 3 most terrible online purchases of my life. Mind you my first purchase was in 1999. What made it terrible was the fact that from the owner on down, all I got was "we cannot change the shipping address". Which was a lie. read more

So, I ordered a set of rims before I went on vacation and was expecting them to have arrived by the time I got back (I have a friend house sitting). When I got back, I found out they were out of stock. I called Extreme Customs and spoke with Mariano, he took me from 'HOT to not', and was able to rectify the situation and get me into another set and made sure I felt satisfied. Super appreciate great Customer Service these days... it's something of a rarity. I'll be back based on the Customer Service alone. Thanx for making it right! read more

Great install and prices except when went to rotate in the 5th wheel I quickly realized that EC had not bead balanced the 5th wheel even though I had paid for 5 22/37"wheels and tires mounted and balanced. This purchase was made along with a lift for a grand total if almost 7 grand. After contacting them I got the run around by both email and text. They wanted pictures and documentation. Understood, I provided all that they requested and even had the shop manager at Discount tire state that they could contact him as he confirmed that there were bo beads inside 5th wheel. Extreme Customs stopped responding and blew me off for several weeks. Once I left a bad review on Facebook some asshat manager texted me and asked for proof that the whee was not balanced? I have wasted my time over 100 dollar fix of there error. Ive sent them business and will never spend a penny there again. They fail to realize that a customer is cheaper to keep than to find. Screw them and how they handled a minor issue. read more

0 stars. Ordered wrong offset wheels ( totally my fault) want to exchange them and they want 20% restocking fee to exchange unopened, brand new wheels plus I have to pay return shipping. If all this isn't bad enough, I can't even get ahold of anybody to get the return info. It's been 5 days, multiple calls, emails and text and still no live person to talk to and no resolution. Go with discount tire direct they are slightly more expensive but way better customer service. Extreme Customs is an absolute joke. read more

If your looking for wheels or tires stay far away from this place. I had countless issues with my wheel and tire package from these idiots, took my truck in twice a week for months and they had a different excuse every trip for the extreme front end shake I was dealing with. You think having issues since day 1 they would refund the product or get me something that works .... WRONG they blew me off every time I called and asked what the end result was going to be. Now I'm stuck with $2500 of useless wheels and tires. Secondly the customer service is positively the WORST I've ever experienced. I've been hung up on many times and they never call back!!! End result I had to go purchase ANOTHER wheel and tire package to fix the shaking issue. If you value your TIME and MONEY go ELSEWHERE !!!!!! read more

i normally don't do google reviews but I ordered new wheels this company and when I got them they weren't what I had ordered. Tried to give me a $100 off the total price. The wheels they sent were $80 cheaper each, so $100 off was not happening. So they told me to send them back for a full refund. So I sent them back. FedEx states they have been delivered and yet no refund has been issued to my credit card yet. And when I try to call them no one answered phone. I then went on their chat online and waited. I was number 2 in the queue, serval numbers later I went from number 2 to number 6. Don't understand that one. All I want is the $1,144.00 put back on my credit card. read more

0 stars well i normally dont order anything unless its from ebay or amazon never have any issues, i ordered tires and wheels from extreme customs june 27 for the amount of 1400 dollars and some change, it has been the worst ordering experience that i ever had? you cant talk to anyone due to they say high call volumes so text messages is only means of comunication with this company or email, i recieved 2 tires from my order within 4 to 5 days of order, but still waiting on the rest of my order the wheels. its allmost 10 days in just to let me no the wheels are on back order? so im currently trying to get them to cancel this order? if you send a message to them they respond back to you the next day? this company doesnt care about online sales obviously? i wished i would of yelped this companies reviews first before i placed a order? on their website its all positive reviews? yelp reviews tells a different story. some even wanting to start a class action lawsuit? im praying that i can get this order cancelled i fill that its going to take a process and some time! beware of this company. pretty sad that people have to go through things like this! read more

I purchased tires and rims online. It started with an online chat with Taylor Huismann and then went to a phone call with Taylor. I specifically wanted to speak with a specialist to ensure whatever I was purchasing was the right size to fit and function properly. Taylor said these would fit. I specifically told him that I didn't want a lift kit for it to fit. The day after I placed the order, Taylor calls and said he forgot to tell me that I need a leveling kit. I was not familiar with this part so I purchased it. He said the tires were going to be 1.5" taller. I got everything in and put one steer wheel on. I could not turn the steering wheel more than a quarter to half revolution. I took the wheel off and took it to my mechanic and asked him to install the leveling kit and wheels. He said he would but it wasn't going to solve the issue. I told him to install them regardless. I wanted to see the outcome. My mechanic put them on and he was correct. I could now turn my steering wheel about 3/4 of a revolution. I called Taylor back and told him that I wasn't happy and they don't fit. He said they will fit and I said yes, they fit on my truck but I can't turn my steering wheel. One of my tires is already ruined because of this, my bumper is ruined. Talk to your mechanic before buying from Extreme Customs because their sales people will try to sell you something that won't work or at least Taylor will. Either no integrity or he lacks product knowledge. Did I mention my truck is a 2019 Ford Platinum? Hopefully this review will get somebody else to respond to my problem and make it right. Every time I have called, I get their voicemail box. Honest business will earn a customer for life. Dishonest interaction with a customer can sink the ship. I will say the wheels were everything I hoped for. They have a helpful YouTube video link they send educating the customer on receiving the shipment to ensure the product is not damaged. A 1 star rating might be dramatic but I hate feeling like I've been lied to. Hopefully Taylor learns from it and does better on the next one. read more

I purchased a wheel/tire combo from extreme customs in January of this year. I was quite pleased with the customer service, payment, and shipping/delivery experience. I was assured the tires would be mounted and "road-force-balanced" before they were shipped to me. Once on the truck the wheels rode somewhat rougher than the stock wheels, but then again they were larger 10-ply tires. There was also a noticeable rhythmic bounce at certain speeds. After a few weeks, I had them professionally balanced at my local service Center, and the ride was improved to some degree. The noticeable bounce however did not improve. After several weeks, I returned to the service center as the bouncing had become quite pronounced particularly at highway speeds. It was noticed during the balancing process that one of the tires was significantly out of round. I sent an email to Meer Rasheed at customer service with extreme customs, who applied for a warranty of that tire and was approved. I was informed I would need to dismount the tire and ship it to extreme customs to process the warranty. I was not thrilled with the prospect of $110-120 of shipping cost to get it there, but was willing to to get this resolved. I was later notified I would be responsible for return shipping as well, which is not acceptable. By Extreme Customs' own admission that they "road-force-balanced" these wheels, a wheel this significantly out of round should have been noticed and exchanged, but they shipped them out anyway. I was sold a flawed tire and now I am left with $250-$275 shipping cost. I have informed the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin of this matter. I had previously read similar complaints of good customer service with extreme customs UNTIL money changed hands, then the customer was on their own. I didn't want to believe it and was willing to take a chance (which I'm sure many of you will do too). I would advise anyone looking for wheels, tires, and/or suspension systems online to consider these reviews seriously. I've officially been stung by extreme customs and you can too. read more

Ordered wheels and tires and received them quickly. I was happy with the quick turn around time on a shipping order. But I quickly realized that I had the wrong rear axle center caps. I was also shipped 31 instead of 32 lug nuts. I went ahead and bought one at a local parts store instead of even bringing that up to them. I called the following Monday and let Oscar know of this issue. I did however have to call him a few times because he never called me back. He said he would take care of the wrong center caps and that they would be shipped directly to me from RBP. It has been three weeks and I still do not have the correct center caps. And during that three week time period I have lost the tape weights off of one of my wheels already. They are 20x9 wheels and are not even close to hitting the calipers so it was just a bad weight or poor installation of the weights. As I said, i was happy when I ordered the wheel tire combo but after they got paid I guess customer service doesn't care about the follow through. I have even contacted RBP directly to see how much trouble it would be to get the correct center caps. They said they would ship them to me If I would cover the shipping cost. I am waiting on Extreme Customs to do their job first before spending more money. read more
