They got the job done for a low cost to the Soldier. However, in my new career, my look needed a change and it needed to match my new life. I walked into this establishment amazed at the feel and decor. The gentlemen were very nice and even though they were booked up made it work for me. My wait was no longer than 15 minutes and I was seated in the chair. If you're looking for a barbershop with class and true artists to back up the decor, then you've come to the right place. My barber was well versed in hair enough to tell me how to style my hair according to my natural lines. To some, that may seem silly, but to a Soldier like me, it was refreshing. This establishment has earned a customer for as long as they will have me. I highly recommend any guy looking for a new look to come here.

I let my hair get long and thick before I get motivated for a cut so my hair is not easy to cut. In fact my hair is so thick that I create new hair styles when I sleep at night and fashion photographers should be ready every morning in my bedroom to capture the new look when I wake up! I've have had a very hard time finding a barber/stylist in the Rockwall area who would actually…read moretake the time to ask me exactly what cut I was looking for and then throughout the session repeatedly ask what I wanted. I got tired of sitting down in the chair and being asked "what's your number" which I'd never heard before since I was accustomed to barbers and stylist who only used scissors for most of the cut. Vivian took the time, was very personable and she used scissors to even up my thinning hair, rather than electric clippers, plus the scalp and neck massage were great and I've always appreciated getting my hair washed after the final cutting, rather than a talc covered brush to remove the clippings and stop up my nose! When we lived in Prosper I belonged to a couple of men's styling salons (Boardroom, Gent's Place) where I got this level of service, and I don't mind paying for it, but until now I just couldn't find anyone who would take the time to do it right.
