I visited this location on a holiday long weekend, but that shouldn't make a difference, right?…read more The first thing I noticed was the trash all over the parking lot. It was like someone had emptied a bag of food, so that was a bit of a mine field. There was no ice for fountain drinks, so I guess I'll do a slurpee. The extra extra large cups are out. And one of the extra large cups in the dispenser already has traces of slurpee in it. So I grab a presumably clean cup... fill it up... no lid. I look everywhere, nothing. I walk up to the counter and there is one employee at the cash register and one employee sitting, possibly eating a sandwich. I ask sandwich for more lids, to which I'm told to look on the OTHER side of the machine and let them know if I can't find any. I'd already looked all over creation so they went back and grabbed a stack of lids. They bring it out to the machine, I take one, and then they take the stack back to the storage area, not restocking the lid area. Maybe no lids is a COVID thing? Like no straws? I paid, and left, again tip toeing through random chicken nuggets and wrappers. Hopefully this was just the result of a busy holiday weekend and not business as usual.

Honestly, this place would have had 4 maybe even 5 stars but there is a worker there that is…read moreincredibly rude and I always hope she is not there but unfortunately, she was there last night. Her name is Linda. I have witnessed Linda being rude to customers multiple times. She once shamed a woman for buying chicken wings and griped because that meant she would have to make more chicken wings. She then shamed her for using a five dollar bill after using EBT. She has stated to customers that they have no common sense. If that is not bad enough, last night she was boasting about another worker being fired in front of customers. She called this worker "lazy" but she was not lazy at all. This type of situation should not be brought up in front of customers and to boast about someine's job loss and right before christmas is absolutely deplorable! On the positive side, this 7/11 accepts the app, most of the other workers are friendly, and the cappuccino is hot and not too strong, just the way it should be. The fountain area could be a little cleaner but that is more the customer's doing so what are you going to do? Overall, it is a god place. My only complaint really is about Linda. She ruins the experience and frankly, I am tired of her Regina George behavior. She is way too old to be acting like that! C'mon Linda, stop it! She is going to drive customers away so quickly. She should have been the one to be let go.
