Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I had to go badly so I checked to see if men's restroom was open and it was opened. I locked the door real quick since I'm only woman in there. Nobody was in there--I checked. But next thing I know, I felt there was a loud bang and I opened the door, there was an angry India man screamed at me. He needed Jesus. He was very mean and rude I'd ever seen. I've never been treated like that before. Was he even racist? He an old man with a thing on his head--be careful. He is not a nice man at all.

It's VERY inconvenient that they take a 30 min break during the day. Recently, I pulled up 10 min before the pharmacy closing time of 6:00PM and the drive thru was closed and I had to park and go inside. But no where on their hours did they state that the drive thru closes 10 min earlier than the actual pharmacy. In the past they didn't have the drive thru open at all because of lack of staffing. My complaint is, their actual hours of operation do not always align with what they post at the window, door and online! I rely on FACTS to structure my day and it's annoying that this CVS cannot stick to them.

Long wait times are the norm--even when I've been notified that my prescription is "ready," I often arrive only to find it's not. There have been multiple occasions where I received fewer pills than prescribed, and when I called to ask about it, the pharmacist actually hung up on me. Even more frustrating, they've repeatedly failed to correctly bill my insurance--using the wrong code month after month. As a result, I have to call ahead every time just to ensure my prescription is ordered and covered, only to be told my insurance won't pay (when it actually does, if properly billed). I was prescribed a medication in May and didn't receive it until June due to this same ongoing issue. It's completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of accountability. The drive-thru has now been closed for over five months with no communication or solution offered. Inside, the lines are long and slow-moving, and the staff often seem overwhelmed and disorganized. If you choose to fill your prescriptions at this location, be prepared to make repeated phone calls, double-check everything, and still risk not getting what you need on time. This place has gone from inconvenient to completely unreliable.

Now on this 3rd visit, not only was I not greeted upon entering, I was not greeted at the register, because that employee was on such an important call, he continued it in my face as he rang me up. I give him the money, and as he gives me my change, this mf had the nerve to give me a look as though I was being the rude one! Not only that, but this mf drops my change in my hand as though he was making sure to not have any skin to skin contact with me. As I step to the side, to put away my money, the customer behind me, walks up to the register and speaks to "Rudeness", and he didn't open his mouth.
