The sign is very shiny and new, the exterior is super clean and the interior is bright with a lot of the new lighting that ShopRites everywhere have been installing. That said, the store is smaller than say Garwood or Linden so expect smaller aisles and tighter turns as you navigate your cart through the store. Item selection was unexpectedly good. I find as a chain of supermarkets ShopRite locations vary in their stock. I figured with such a relatively small space they would have to limit their stock to the only a handful of brands but the selection was nice. For instance, they had about five or six different brands of peanut butter and a good selection of items in their Asian sauce section. The produce also looked nice and fresh. On top of all that I was impressed by their selection of items like Beyond Meat and Impossible Burgers. I did not really interact with the staff other than checking out. No one was particularly friendly but they weren't *unfriendly* either, just very neutral.
