Really nice staff and service. I had to get several units after a move. My only dislike is that the admin fees for each unit which would be nice if there was a discount for multiple units. Remember to bring your own lock. I kept forgetting until in the moment si it can be costly. We are military and we used this place for temporary storage and had our stuff there for 3 months. They decided to raise the rates by $54 a month so we decided to retrieve our belongings. Absolutely fantastic experience. The initial call got me to a call center type set up, where the incredibly professional and friendly and efficient woman took my call. I wish I could remember her name because she definitely deserves kudos! She located the store that we wanted, gave me a quote, told me about prices, and then reserved the storage space we needed. Wait, it gets better! We easily found the location, very clean, secure, well laid out storage facility. The young lady named Jaye, who had been there only five days, was fantastic. Her manager Jay was also fantastic. They took us for a mini tour of the facility, showed us our locker, got us back to the office and signed us up in no time. Our 5 x 10 was exactly what we wanted. Plain Jane, no climate control. Very tall and clean. They have very long hours. Very secure yards. They offer a military discount, the pricing was outstanding compared to many other storage facilities we looked into. I think like mini storage places, you have to pay a small monthly insurance fee in relation to the value of your items. Everything was very well explained, the process was awesome. The employees were very nice and helpful going out of her way to be nice to our very tired toddler. There was a minor issue with the computer which meant being there extra long but she did everything she could to apologize. My one and only complaint is that they add on 10$ a month after you have decided to rent. I personally already think the service is overpriced so I had come to terms with paying a certain price only to figure out at the very end that I have to pay an extra 10$ a month for "insurance" really it's almost false advertising, however this is my only complaint. read more

Infested with roaches. Rented here for five months, returned to get my 3000 sofa and it was covered in roach droppings. I was horrified. The only thing they offered was the insurance company pamphlet. I contacted them and never heard back. Why advertise pest control and then say you can't control what others store in neighboring units? If you don't control it then don't advertise it as a benefit for renting there! Additionally, you are forced to pay for insurance through a company that doesn't even respond to emails. Will never rent here again. Very sweet property manager but the damage to my property plus rental fees is too much for that to be enough. read more

When looking for a place to store my belongings I had called every storage place within 30mins of our home. With their first month free deal and even the monthly amount with all the fees added, they were the cheapest by far! I believe the second cheapest was going to be a whole $60 more over a 3 month period! They seemed clean and they even sprayed again right before we moved in, but as with all outdoor storage units we did notice rat poop and spiders after 2 months. The staff is very friendly and professional and will help a customer as much as they can. We did have 1 problem with them though. We paid our first payment right before closing on the day our payment was due in cash. That day was a crazy 1 for us and my husband lost the reciept not thinking we would need it. Well we ended up getting a phone call saying we didn't pay a few weeks later. Without the reciept or proof of payment we couldn't prove that we had in fact paid on time. Even though we ended up having to pay twice that month, they did everything they could to try to help us out including opting to watch the video survalence (they wiped the tapes clean a week earlier at the beginning of the month so they had nothing to reference). Understandably it's my word against theirs and it is a business that I'm sure they've heard plenty excusses before. It also didn't help that it was my first payment so I had no history with them. As long as you keep reciepts and make sure nothing food wise is in your unit, I think this is the best place you can find! read more
