Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Theresa who met me at the front desk arranged for the maintenance staff to meet me at the storage unit. Mike cut the padlock so that I could get into the unit. Theresa provided me with a new padlock and keys which I paid for. The costs were reasonable but even more important was their kindness and customer service. When they said they would help me, they followed through. I needed the assistance and I'm very appreciative.
