When I said that's not acceptable because I took time off work for this small job and I still have to go into the office today, they said they didn't care. They are completely unprofessional, do not hire them. Edit: there is nothing rude about me saying that I don't care that you have a busy week because it's not an excuse for missing a 10am appointment. And telling me to have a nice weekend only indicates you aren't paying attention to your calendar and that you are an idiot for blaming me for missing your own scheduled appointment with a customer.
