When I showed up at the property I am managing where the MI- BOX had been delivered, I arrived to an angry neighbor who threatened to have the box towed due to an ocean view easement I was unaware of. The driver was also aware of the angry neighbor because he too had received a call from said neighbor. After some smoozing with the neighbor, the driver turned around, came back to the property and moved the box to appease the angry neighbor. Hands down the best and courteous customer service! One downside is that it's not well-lit, so it's hard to get things from the units at night. Also, the receptionist I always saw didn't seem happy to be there. She seemed pretty nice but it would have been a little better if she seemed happier with her job. There were also some minor problems, but they were able to fix them. The unit I was given had a broken latch; the lock would be on securely and the door would still open because the latch wasn't sturdy. They were able to move me to another unit though. I also gave them the required 5 days notice upon leaving before the next month rent was due, and a week later I got a notice saying my rental payment was late. But after calling them, they explained that their system was just slow and that I was all set.

The packers didn't pack what they were supposed to so the people that were loading the truck had to do it and just threw things in boxes. The delivery date for my goods was set 60 days prior delivery at 0800. Without ANY COMMUNICATION they changed the delivery date over a week later at 1000 the morning that they were supposed to deliver the good. The move was literally cross country therefore they knew well before after the delivery time that they would not be there if they were still a week out. Also, in all my times moving I have never had as much damage to my goods as in this move. they hit the front end of my car into something and then only partially paid for the damage with quotes and contact information from the repair shop provide. they scratched my TVs, broke lamps, scraped paint on the walls in my brand new house and paid for none of it. Save yourself the trouble pick any mover other thank this company!! In every move things have the risk of getting damaged but all other 14 companies paid for the damage that they cause. This company WILL NOT unless you pay for a lawyer and take them to court. More time and money out of your pocket!!

The FedEx freight guy dropping off the painting refused to help me carry it to the downstairs unit, so the Storage Barn Manager put it in his truck bed, drove it to the "barn" and helped me carry it down.
