The old owners rented out the various storage facilities at a pretty nice price...the new owners gave everyone a pass on rent increases for one year, and now they have started raising rents to get them up to "market"...be that as it may, it is still a pretty nice place. They have both indoor, climate-controlled units and outdoor units without climate control. Obviously being in the climate-controlled area is a bit more expensive. Everything here is very clean...they have good housekeeping, so the premises and areas around the units are all nicely kept...they earn big points for this. They do not have a lot for storage of RV units or boats. The office area sells locks, boxes, and other shipping/packing supplies. The office people are very nice and professional. This facility has a dock with sunken ramp so you can take direct truck delivery; they also have a grade level area where a truck can drop a lift or you can run your own ramp...either way these are nice offerings and they open to double-doors so you can get a skid load through the doorway. They have various carts for moving boxes, but they do not offer a lift for moving around skids. It is located just off Wolf Road and you can see Interstate 80 from the property. All-in-all this is a pretty nice storage facility for your extra stuff.

After the move, we discovered we were overcharged by $1,385. Since September, we have reached out multiple times by phone and email to address the discrepancy. We reviewed the quote line by line and clearly demonstrated the overcharge, yet the company has refused to issue a refund or even acknowledge the error in a meaningful way. It's unfortunate, because the moving team on-site was outstanding. However, the owner and office staff have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve a clear billing mistake. Their lack of accountability has overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company while the movers are great, the management and billing practices leave a lot to be desired.

My 1st visit was really good as Maria showed me around and explained how the units worked. Upon hearing that I would need my storage unit for a couple more weeks Maria extended my reservation to keep my rate and that really helped. On move in day I was given a phone call the day before, to check to make sure what time I was going to arrive. I was able to reschedule my time when I realised that the time slot didn't work any longer. The office staff were very flexible with helping me out. I was able to complete the whole moving process in less than 30 minutes. Overall I am happy with my unit I end up getting a 10 by 7 and a 1/2. I do like the ease of unloading my S UV into their docking station. I appreciate the climate control as it can get really hot during the summer and I was worried about my electronics. This was the true reason I picked this location even though about $50 more per month than the location about 2 miles away. All in all super excited about the fringe benefits of this location, To include utilization of a moving truck. The nice thing is that they allow you to use the moving truck up to 2 weeks from your moving date. This alone is going to save me a $150.
