I decided to grab the phone number and make the call. Nevertheless it was the right decision as I was able to get Annmarie on the phone immediately. After discussing a few price options and her availability (which was flexible) I was able to schedule an appointment to have her come over and spend a few hours squaring away my messiness. I could NOT be more pleased with the way things went. She found space on the walls where I wasn't even looking. Room on my shelves where there didn't seem to be any left. It's unreal how much space you can save by simply being creative in the most amazing of ways. This woman is a god send and I could not be happier about the outcome. I totally forgot to take before and after pictures. But there will be many more jobs at my home that this woman will be doing. What a great business!!!

Now in 2026, I sought him out again and was happy to see his firm has grown significantly since my first experience six years ago. The pandemic years really did warp time! Even after all this time, Aron was quick to respond and connected me with Jacob. Jacob has been fast, communicative, and accommodating. I'm happy to report the firm remains just as committed to a superior moving experience. Jacob walked me through every scenario and potential challenge for our upcoming move and provided an excellent price. Moving in NYC is rarely stress-free, even with meticulous planning, but I'm feeling confident. The move is coming up soon--I will update this review then, but fingers crossed for another smooth experience! Update from move day (UES to UES) : we had to reschedule our original move date due to unforeseen circumstances. I reached out to Up and Go on the morning of the move and Luka got back to me at 6 AM. I was so relieved he gave me a new date and time (and charged me a reasonable reschedule fee) and the crew showed up on the new date and time and were exceptional. Shout out to sr. Bojan, Jr. Bojan and Lala. Really the speediest moving team. All in all I am so happy with our moving experience, they really are Up and Go!

    Everything was a disaster from day one. I was moving from a whole home to a condo. Too much stuff…read more Even after junking so much of it. The men work hard. But my furniture was regarded as junk. Mattresses are all black and ripped underneath. And they were in perfect condition before the move. My total bill was 10k! I was totally disgusted in myself for all I packed. Everything was piled into one room in the condo! Not where I had written them. Right smack in the middle of the living and dining room. The manager kept calling wanting to know where and what these men were doing. My wi if was not set up yet to do her, manager bill on Zelle. That was an easy fix because I had it turned on by company but just had not gotten to set it up. So she was waiting to see payment on her end. I had things in their truck furniture that was too large to fit through door way. and was charged $99.00 a day! So $990.00 because they could not fit them in, the pieces were too big. So some were left in the truck for 10 days until I could clear the wall off from boxes that they were going to go right in that very spot. It cost me a chunk of money for using their truck as storage. It was such a mercy-less company! Greedy and cruel! And those big trucks just sit there on the lots dozens of them! Charged big money if you used their boxes. I was totally at their mercy and no way out! I still had things in their truck! It was the most stressful and expensive move, and I was only 5 towns away! I totally wised up the last pick up at my storage unit. Took my 2 pieces of furniture and 2 boxes and I grabbed my sewing machine. I left other things behind. If I get a chance I will empty the room out. That is only $100 a MONTH! But Tristate charging me $99.00 a day was ridiculous for 3 pieces of furniture in there! I wasn't holding a truck up, they have a whole fleet of them! The trucks are filthy inside. The whole thing was very very stressful! The manager also wanted a review. Well here it is. She didn't want them to leave without a review! Save your money people. Make sure you pack your own. I had to hurry on my end and only had one person helping me pack 2 times a week. It had to be a quick move. My seller wanted out of her condo. Then her attorney decided she needed a vacation so it upped my date even more. If there was anything that happened it happened and kept snow balling! No family help, they offered but didn't really want to do it. Never said we will be here such a such a day. Just offered and that was it. The whole thing was awful!

I made sure to wrap things and they did not care they took the wrap off my mattress and dragged it in the nyc street and through the building. 500$ mattress now stained and dirty. Same thing with my couch they took the plastic off and dragged it. They broke my tv stand and my legs of my bedroom set. I then also tipped the guys after since i felt bad them coming all the way up to the 4th floor only to find out they also took a 100$ in my payment for a tip as well if i knew about this i wouldn't have tipped on top. I wouldn't use again even if they were free.

    If i could give 0 stars I would. Lets start from the beginning…read more PROS: They were on time CONS: 1.They were told before hand what they needed to move, and they came with a uhaul truck that barely fit all of our furniture 2. They broke our bed that cost well over $3500 dollars. They broke the side of the bed panel in HALF, which ruins the entire frame because they all connect. And when he came down he held it in his hand as though it was nothing. Stating he knew it was going to happen its made out of cardboard, and we would just have to put the bed on the floor 3. When they got to the other house, they then pointed out that 2 of our drawers were broken. and we can just buy the part for it, because it cheap. 1 day later, my daughters bed started to break and all the wood came apart. Because of these incompetent movers i had to rebuy a bed frame and 2 dressers. and fix my daughters bed myself. Gabriel offered $76 dollars off because he broke my bed that cost over $3500 when we brought it. He then offered to buy the piece to my dresser and come back and install it to fix my dresser. I moved in 8/1/24, it is now 8/12/24 and Gabriel has yet to reach out about any parts. Amazon doesn't take that long. NO updates NOTHING. I called TODAY 8/12/24 (10) times and it kept going to voicemail. I am going to write a review on all platforms, call the BBB, and report them. I am very upset, this is why you cant go with cheap movers, and you should go with professionals. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY, they are awful, they lie, You cant complain on Gabriel to the company because HE IS THE COMPANY. he answers the company phone (his cellphone) as if he has a secretary but its him. Now if he would of at least come back and fixed my dresser in good faith maybe this review wouldn't have been so harsh. But he caused this on him self, and his company is the worst moving company i have ever hired!
