A large door to the storage building has been completely broken for months, and stays open…read morecontinuously. We have contacted them several times about this broken door, but they don't fix it. This compromises security, because the surrounding fence isn't very high, and so it's easy to get into the facility. Also, who knows what animals roam freely in the building, and into the units. A woman who was at her storage unit told me that she felt unsafe there, with the large door open all of the time. There is rarely anyone in the office, so it's pretty much abandoned. They also don't clean it. The same trash was in the hallway for weeks. Find another storage facility, is my recommendation.

Lost both parts and hardware for a bed that was unable to be assembled upon arrival. When reported to the company was asked to fill out a claim form. So far have only offered $500 for the damage...which is unacceptable. The packing was hastily and carelessly done. When moving in, items were not placed where we asked and most items (mostly heavy) items were thrown into the garage. Very unprofessional and company is not making it right by replacing the damage they caused. I will update review if they replace what was damaged and lost.

I guess I should have called to see if my stuff was ready for me to visit. Got no probs sending me invoices via email, USPS and text message. How about a little warning that for all intents and purposes you are closed for a week during what I would imagine to be a pretty busy time for an indoor storage facility in Buffalo? So now all my winter clothes are locked up until the day before i go back to California.. Glad I have nothing like medical supplies I can't fly with or live without stored in there. Super disappointing. But hey the gentleman did say "Sorry about that man." Before closing the door in my face.

You get a late notice 1 day after the due date, and a late fee 5 days, and they can lock you out at 10 days after the due date. I tried to pay ahead, 2 months at a time, so I wouldn't have to deal with this but their web site won't allow you to pay ahead. Not user friendly and overall is predatory in their billing practices.

This company is absolutely terrible! They will charge you ridiculously expensive monthly rates,…read morerequire you to pay for monthly insurance for your property, raise your rates whenever they want, charge you 2 late fees per month...which obviously makes it exponentially more difficult for the customer to get caught up because they wouldn't owe money if they had the money to pay their account to begin with...so then they add a $50 fee to cut off your lock (which it literally costs NOTHING to cut off a lock!!!) and then that forces you to have to purchase ANOTHER lock (and any reliable and effective lock will cost over $20!)...then if you get too far behind, they charge a line fee of $75 (yet another instance where you're being charged for something that COSTS NOTHING!)...then they will charge a $50 auction fee (yet another charge for a FREE service!)!! It's all designed to make it nearly impossible to get caught up and so you end up losing EVERYTHING YOU OWN because these kinds of people ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY! IT'S PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING...BORDERLINE THEFT!
