You get a late notice 1 day after the due date, and a late fee 5 days, and they can lock you out at 10 days after the due date. I tried to pay ahead, 2 months at a time, so I wouldn't have to deal with this but their web site won't allow you to pay ahead. Not user friendly and overall is predatory in their billing practices.
