The property Manager has always been helpful, very Professional, Courteous, and Friendly, this a full 5 star,for services rendered, I only question, why the pricing does jump,frequently, with not a lot of warning time, especially for longer term customers as myself, if it were checked,at the upper management level, you would find I rented from the Storage Mall in Lockport, NY, for over 10 years, before moving to Batavia NY. Overall, I give it 5 star.

This company is absolutely terrible! They will charge you ridiculously expensive monthly rates,…read morerequire you to pay for monthly insurance for your property, raise your rates whenever they want, charge you 2 late fees per month...which obviously makes it exponentially more difficult for the customer to get caught up because they wouldn't owe money if they had the money to pay their account to begin with...so then they add a $50 fee to cut off your lock (which it literally costs NOTHING to cut off a lock!!!) and then that forces you to have to purchase ANOTHER lock (and any reliable and effective lock will cost over $20!)...then if you get too far behind, they charge a line fee of $75 (yet another instance where you're being charged for something that COSTS NOTHING!)...then they will charge a $50 auction fee (yet another charge for a FREE service!)!! It's all designed to make it nearly impossible to get caught up and so you end up losing EVERYTHING YOU OWN because these kinds of people ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY! IT'S PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING...BORDERLINE THEFT!
