What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

I expressed how uncomfortable this made me and asked him not to do that and he replied don't worry I've been doing this for 14 years, did the same my glass mirrored coffee table, one of my side tables and the glass coffee table are both cracked. They left my things unattended in an elevator and hallways, and on the street, they a glass table to hold a door open, somehow my Louboutin's were removed from a package and left on the side of the road for anyone to come by and take, somehow my bedding was removed from my packaging and thrown around the truck, I was so uncomfortable with how they were treating my things. I actually asked them to leave 30 minutes before their time was up and I had other movers finished the remainder of my items When I called to report the broken items, one of the movers, I had answered the phone and was extremely rude, he told me he will deny my claim and hung up on me. When trying to write a review, I am finding that it is hard to write a review about this company, which I feel is very sketchy. I think most of the reviews are fake. Extremely frustrating that I now have to be out items with no replacement from this company or even an apology just met with denial and rudeness. I am not typically a person who would take time out of my day to leave a negative review, but I was treated extremely poorly, and my things were not handled with care and broken as a result of it

Earl claiming he no longer has access to his account and unwilling to help. Basically lost access to my entire Venmo account over what looks to me to be financial fraud. I would stay away and use a more professional mover next time. These guys are cheap but like other low cost services, you end up paying more in the long-term.

    Movers showed up in their personal vehicle with dollies and a plan to walk all of my belongings…read morefrom one building to one two buildings over. Their lead guy had an attitude to begin with. They were supposed to show up at 9, but didn't show up until 10:30am. They started moving things and immediately I noticed how careless they were and they didn't care about protecting anything or handling anything with care. They completed the move in 2 hours, but not without damaging several items. Once they were done their lead guy Alexis came and told me I owed $125. Which was odd because the apartment was paying $375 for the move. According to the form I was provided, it was $125 per hour, $75 trip fee and $50 compliance fee. For two hours of work, that's $250, plus $75, equals $325, plus $50, equals $375. So I asked how I owed $375? Alexis said the apartment is only paying $375, you owe the balance of $125 and he showed me his phone again. So I told him I need to talk to someone because the math does not add up. He called his supervisor Victor and put him on speaker, after going through the basic math with Victor, he seemed confused, said he was going to check what time I signed the movers in, which was 10:27am and then asked the current time 12:30pm. Then he says oh yeah, I guess you're right and we need to update things on our end. You don't owe anything. Thank you and have a good day. At this point, lead guy in front of me is pissed and storms out. He and his movers left their trash everywhere. At the old apt, at the new apt. I had given them bottles of water which they the the empty ones in the grass. Real unprofessional behavior and all because I refused to pay $125 I didn't owe them. Ridiculous. Also, this overcharging seems like a scam because I got an email from someone else at the company telling me that $125x2 =250 plus $75 and $50 = 500. Not today! Nice try though. Will never use again, even if it's free. I don't recommend.

    Worst moving experience I've ever had...it took them 3.5 hrs to move me from one apartment to…read moreanother within the SAME apartment complex...and the refused to move anything that was not in a closed box or tub, they would not move my lamps, they would not move my bags of bedroom linens, so after charging me almost $500 I still had to have friends come over and help me move the things these guys would not move, The previous movers are used I've never used them before and I promise you I will never use them again and they certainly won't get any recommendations from me... my apartment managers recommended them and I have told them just how bad the move was as well and that they should never recommend these people again... if it were possible to give them no stars I would have done so.

The moving company didnt show up the original date. I had to wait the next day. I have spoke with "Alex" 7134263222 several times trying to resolve issues that occurred during the move. My pottery barn sectional was stained, my stainless steel refrigerator is scratched and dented. I was over charged for labor. I was told I had to pay before the move was over because the office was closed and if I didn't pay. "Alex" was going to stop the movers and take my belongings that were still in the truck. I went with a more expensive moving company expecting a better experience than I did. I immediately contacted Alex via phone to tell him about my damages and overcharges now he is not accepting responsibility nor reimbursing me for the overcharged labor or any damages. He is trying to say my sectional was "stained" not damaged. Hmm that is damaged. And what about my brand new refrigerator it looks now like I bought it at a dent and scratch. Most importantly how are you not going to reimburse someone after you admittedly overcharged them? BE WARE ANY ONE THAT USES THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT SAFE OR PROFESSIONAL. I think he was trying and did take advantage of me because I'm a tiny little woman. I wish I would have saw the yelp review already filing a complaint with the same issues I had, before I used them. I did google review. I would just like to pay for the actual labor I received and get my Reimbursed overcharges back. I have left this review before but want to keep it active so people are aware of SCAM and to look at other people's reviews in google and yelp that pretty much had the same type of experience if he uses different company names I would google search his number just to be on the safe side. I hired this company based off their rate and nothing more. This was my first mistake. I should have read more into the reviews and dug into the company with the BBB and such. I wanted them to move my mother's thing into a storage room, as she was moving out to another home at a later time. I told them how many rooms, and told them I needed it all packed in boxes and plastic wrapped. I was quoted around $1,200.00 for it all. I thought that was a very good price due them not even seeing how much. We budgeted that money, and were ready to go. Well, I will stop there. I will let you read the email I sent to owner (Santos) and the sales rep (Alex) asked for some type of reimbursement for all poor work they did. - Start of Email- Dear Alex, Thank you again for trying to help us resolve all the issues we had with your company. We know that you guys want to make it right and have a good image for years to come. Please allow me to give you the list of all the issues we have had with the moving team you sent us, and at the end we will let you know what we would like to ask of you to make it right. Pictures will be attached. 1) I asked Alex for their best team and gave them over a week notice. This did not happen. The lead driver was 18 years, other was 16, and the guy that did not speak English was 47. It made it very difficult to communicate with them when asking them questions. 2) We requested the moving team to show up between 8-9am.. They showed up at 9:30am due to flat tires ... But was called at 9:05am about being 20 min late. 3) 40% of the time the other two stood around while the 18 year old did the wrapping for the items to be moved. He was sweating all over our stuff while he was using his body to hold things in place while he solo wrapped our belongings. 4) No mask or gloves at all while on site. No offer to wear any too. 5) They had no idea how to move mattresses. Mattress was bent in half when moving it. 6) Layed bed frame in against windows and blinds, damaging blinds and scratching windows in home. 7) One of them was on their phone watching YouTube while the others worked. 8) They had no care on how they handled our stuff until I complained to Alex about this. 9) We were charged 10.00 for each USED, dirty, and damaged moving blanket. 10) The 16 year old over used packing supplies... Used our rolls of tape too. 11) We paid for mattress bags as our beds would be moved to storage. They damaged the bags by putting holes in them. The response is we need to make holes in them in order to move them. They laughed at me when I told them "what's the point of it being a mattress bag if there is holes in them" 12) This may be standard, but they charge you 65.00 to come to your location to start. And change you 95.00 to clean their truck out (even if it was only 30% full... All boxed and sealed) We are requesting a refund off all packing materials and two hour refund of labor for a total of no less than $500.00 Please let us know how you would like to proceed. - End- The company did not offer to do anything about it. Santos said they would have our insurance company look into. Nothing was ever done. We even tried to dispute it with our credit card company, and they pushed their eligible contract back at us. PLEASE PLEASE use caution if you choose to hire this company. Besafe, and think about just moving the stuff yourself or friends.

That experience was horrible--the movers piled everything in my storage unit without any organization and even damaged some of my belongings. Thankfully, when it came time for the second phase of my move, **Ware U Moving stepped in and completely turned things around.** Tori and his team came out, reorganized my storage unit, and carefully prepped everything for transport. When I was finally ready to move into my home, they handled the job with professionalism and care, making it an absolutely seamless process. From start to finish, the team was efficient, respectful of my belongings, and provided the peace of mind I desperately needed after my first experience. I highly recommend **Ware U Moving** for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable moving company--you won't regret it. She actually had to reach out to them to confirm her own move & that they were still coming to help her. Granted the weather was bad at the scheduled time of moving so you'd think they would've at least tried to see if she wanted to reschedule, or give her other options.... NOPE. The movers initially were nice but then they got a little too comfortable. I watched my friend work harder than the actaul movers. They were completely unprofessional by asking her questions like "why she didnt move in the morning time", "if she had extra bottled water & if they could have some", taking FaceTime phone calls in front of me while my friend was busy loading the car, pausing to have unnecessary sidebar conversations and MANY breaks. My friend had a 650-700 Squarefoot Apartment. The biggest items were the couch, the mattress, a movable bed frame and TV..... everything else was bags and boxes (even some of what she placed in her car to help). Outside of it pouring for about 30-35 mins. it took them a total of 3 hours just to load the truck coming from the 3rd floor.. You'd think if this company didn't offer to reschedule & granted movers to work when it's scheduled to rain.. 1.they'd have the appropriate attire to do so 2. they'd had the right equipment to not have any delays & 3. they'd have more than 2 people for a job that may have a higher chance of inconvenience.....we'll they didn't. As it rained, all of her stuff was sitting out in the MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY on the 2nd floor while the movers just sat and waited for the rain to completely stop! Ultimately, soon as they unloaded the truck, I convinced her to notify the "owner" about the quality of work that was produced by the team and what happened during the move (because the QUALITY DID NOT MATCH WHAT HE CHARGED HER FOR) .. & let's just say he didn't not care what she had to say & was very argumentative. He told her if "she didn't wanna pay the full total because of her budget then it is what it is" She was required to pay almost $500 for mediocore work. No apologies were given to her for experience & no accountability was taken on their end. There are so many red flags with this company! YOU'LL DO BETTER PAYING SOME COLLEGE KIDS DOWN THE STREET TO HELP YOU MOVE THAN THIS COMPANY.
