The whole process from getting the great pricing estimate to the big move, my movers made the process easy. In 2020 we moved from California to Georgia, and the movers barely wrapped/padded anything. My Movers were so careful with everything and ensured it was all protected as though it was their own. Also, they ensured everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. There are a lot of options out there but their quality, value, and meticulous care of my items are unmatched. I want to make a special shout out to our foremen: Mario and Nestor. And the other crew Jose and Edwin. All of them were very nice and very helpful. Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

I would have given a 5, BUT…read more... Lets start with the positive. Communication was great, and easy to schedule pick up & drop off. They also showed up on time. They are much cheaper than PODS, and have better reviews than PODS. (I recommend negotiating the price if possible) My only bad is when booking we explained how much space we would need to move our 2 bedroom apartment, and the rep encouraged us to get two Relo Cubes stating it would be best. -They offer individual relo cubes, or 7+ feet of space in a shared freight trailer. (Only 1 Upack customer per trailer, and the rest left over is for commercial moving) I chose the relo cube because I was under the impression that the shared trailer was with another household. (They didn't clarify how it was shared) Im most certain the reps have no clue how small the relo cubes are because when we showed up on moving day and saw the relo cubes we were pissed. The rep I got that day kept assuring me everything would fit in the cube and I promise you theres no way in hell all our things would have fit. They switched us to the trailer, and we saved $600 switching to the trailer. We also found out how the shared trailer worked which was reassuring then. If you use them, and have many things move i recommend a trailer over relo cube. Relo Cubes are much smaller than disclosed.

The second day he brought 5 men as I was 100% overwhelmed after our huge moving van unloaded everything and they totally saved my sanity! They did absolutely EVERYTHING I asked (and I will never admit publicly all the things I asked them to do, as some of the things will sound ridiculous, but it all needed to be done!). They were gamechangers that day! They helped me so immensely that I will never be able to articulate how grateful I truly was for them. Also the level of manners these men have is also astonishing to a new resident of the south. Having lived in CA for 43 yrs, it's like a breath of fresh air! He called & said that his crew (1 other person) was unresponsive & he was trying to get in touch with his back up, but suggested that I call another company. Call another company on Memorial Day weekend at the last minute when I called damn near 2 1/2 weeks ago?! I told him regardless of the time to please let me know if he was able to find a back up, because I wanted to make sure our furniture was moved in tact. He said he was able to get a guy, then when I followed up - that guy was unresponsive too. He said he could definitely come on Monday morning, 5/31/2021. I asked him to text & confirm. Earlier, I asked if I could still get the discount for the inconvenience-he laughed; I asked if they could drop our stuff off at Goodwill free of charge - he was receptive. He claimed that he had a contract with a furniture store & that he would get us moved. I said, "I hope so." The next morning, he & another guy arrived. He had completed the paperwork & asked for a copy of my driver's license, which I gave. In the hustle & bustle, I forgot to ask him for a copy of the contract. We showed him what all needed to be move & I suggested that they drop the stuff off at Goodwill 1st. James agreed & said the move shouldn't take too long. When they arrived to the Goodwill, they got turned down - even though I called on 5/30 to confirm that they were accepting furniture at this time. I told them to come back, put the stuff on the side of the house & continue the move. He said he didn't back his truck in, because the bricks on the side of the house "almost messed the truck up". They dropped the stuff off & without a word - left. I called him from different numbers, texted him, & he blocked all of our numbers. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! He…read moreaccepted my last minute appointment, called me multiple times to verify the time. arrived on time and did my whole move in less than two hours. This time I had a move that I was unprepared for. They came and broke my furniture down, wrapped it, and set everything back up in the new place. All of this was done in the rain ! They were very professional and worked quickly. Im glad I decided to use them again because they didn't not disappoint. I see there are many bad reviews here but I've never had a negative experience with them. I definitely plan to use them again in the future and I've been referring friends because they are very affordable for the work that they do.
