The staff there is wonderful, and really there to help you fit your needs. Their webpage is so easy to navigate making paying online fast and convenient, especially when you're out of state. The units and grounds are emaculate, and facility is located right off the highway so its easily accessible. I wouldnt recommend any place else other than My Place Storage. Prices are unbeatable, service is excellent, and they really went beyond my expectations. There is nothing pleasant about moving, no matter what your situation, but April and staff truly added some sunshine to what was otherwise an extremely stressful and chaotic day. Thank you for that.

Based on the location (right next to an open field) I assumed there would be rodents, but they said they did regular maintenance to keep it at bay. The last few months of my rental, my unit was COVERED in mice droppings and urine, tons of moths, etc. Upon clean out, there were several dead mice in my unit and a lot of my belongings were destroyed by the smell and nesting from mice. There was also a dead mouse in a box once I was unpacking in my new home. Just beware if you're storing clothing/cloth furniture/etc.

However, we did have cash go missing from my wife's purse. We do not carry cash, the money was set aside for tipping the crew. I was encouraged by a member of the company to file a police report but other than that was offered no recourse. I thought very hard about whether or not to post this review but ultimately decided it was for the best.

This place is a nightmare of a storage facility. After…read morestoring for 5 months here we moved out and the back of the storage unit was INFESTED by mice. Dead mice everywhere, a hole in the ceiling, poop everywhere. We had to throw out our couch, dining room chairs, kids clothes, toys, our clothes, snowboard gear. And so much more. It was disgusting. No one here cares and we have "insurance" which no one will get back to me about. The storage manager Nathen won't return information being requested from the insurance company. I am mind blown they are allowed to have a place running like this. They are taking no steps for rodent control, no empathy to damage of thousands of property damage. I'm so mad at myself for picking this place. Here is an email from Nathen the manager at the unit stating they would reimburse one month rent if I sign an agreement not to make my insurance claim. Seems very shady that they don't want the insurance company to know that they have this issue because they probably won't cover them any longer
