After I unpacked my stuff I realize that they also lost an entire bag of shoes. I called them to let them know that my shoes are missing. They told me they would call me back once they spoke to the driver, I haven't heard a word out of them since. This is absolutely crazy, especially since they overcharged me. I know they've been around for a while, but they're not doing good work. And I would not recommend them.

At drop off I expected to owe them 230.00 in cash, not 1767.00. The manager would not talk to me. I offered them 1400 cash, all I had and was owed to the realtor. They wouldn't take it. The drivers tried to intimidate me and threaten me to wait in my apartment till I made the payment. They pressurize you to pay which I call robbing tbh. After the pickup my stuff reached after 2 months and most of the stuff was damaged. I kept calling customer service to ask about the status of my stuff and they said it is in the warehouse because they have no trucks. I was told my stuff would reach in 14 days. During delivery the drivers arrived at 12AM and did not look sober. Extremely unprofessional movers at the source and destination. This business should be shut down for the amount of money they have extorted from innocent customers.
