Reasoning to my statement would be the exceptional standards that the owner holds them (employees) too. Every job (8) that I have requested them to evaluate has been the best experience based on value, experience and honesty. Matt the owner will never try to over sell you for anything. I hired The Brothers That Just Do Gutters for what was presented as a premium gutter installation,…read morebut my experience was disappointing. After installation, I found damage and deformation in parts of the gutter system. I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.
