The owner was overpriced compared to other cleaning services asking the same and I had a long conversation trying to find what was good for MY schedule. I am specific because I want my cleanings done at the end of the week so I can go into the weekend and rest. This owner and I went back and forth on dates and acted like I was putting her out by asking for a Friday. We agreed on a date and time for just over a week from now and she asked for CASH stating she didn't know if this was a scam (but clearly she can see my profile and hundreds of reviews here on yelp). Once she believed I was not a scam, I then decided to read her reviews on and off of yelp and found out the reviews are mainly negative and I believe many have been deleted from the site since the ratings are low but she had only a few good reviews. I need someone reliable, someone who knows how to clean thoroughly (like I stated I am military and expect exceptional service especially since she is at the top of the pay range for services). I also need someone who is professional and treats their customers with the same respect regardless of whether they hire her or not. I decided it was in my best interest to cancel shortly after the booking was confirmed and thank goodness I did!!!! Veronica (the owner) responded in the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WAY that not only did I report the conversation, but I am now writing this review to WARN other potential customers of her unprofessional, angry, and exceptionally RUDE behavior towards me. As a customer, I don't owe you anything but respect and I gave that until you were rude to me! I don't owe you a job, or my hard earned money defending this Nation. I will give respect and honest reviews at all times (hence this horrid review) but I will also ensure future customers know you have terrible customer service! Thursdays at 11 am and wanted to keep team 7 , Marisa and Pricilla, as our only cleaners. They said of course, no problem. However, the next visit was a different team so i had to explain to them what i needed done. I called Crystal and said please send team 7 from now on or cancel. She agreed and said OK. The next time was great with team 7. A couple weeks later Crystal informed me there was a scheduling change to the next visit and they changed my std Thursday morning at 11 to another day and time which didn't fit my schedule. Yesterday, March 2, 2026 Rachel called to say there is another scheduled change and they can't come this Thursday unless they send a different team. Her reasoning is because since I switched to once a month they can't guarantee what team comes (there are only two of us so bi weekly was overkill at $170 for a 1 hour cleaning visit). I was already on the books FOR A MONTH for team 7! And what difference does it make how often my service is? You can't just shuffle people around like that. So 3 of the 5 visits were adjusted to fit them not me. We have schedules too that we work around to fit them in. I'm so mad at them, I canceled my service and will go elsewhere. Think twice before you hire them. Not a way to run a business.

I received a call on November 11 at Noon to inform me that the crew would consist of 3 people and would arrive early. I indicated that I had specifically rejected a 3-person crew and after several phone calls was told I would get a 2-person crew. The team took 2 hours and seemed fairly conscientious. However, after the crew left, I started noticing some "misses" including the top of the fridge had not been cleaned and I found debris and dust under a bed (see photo). I sent an email expressing my disappointment and after a few days received a hurried telephone call from a Tony who introduced himself as the general manager. He was clearly not interested in listening to me as he kept interrupting and seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. This was clearly a cursory call at best. He mentioned they had a 24-hour hotline for these instances. I had not been made aware of this and I cannot find mention of it on their website. He concluded by inviting me to call him if I wanted future cleaning service. In summary: - Not responsive - Substandard workmanship - Poor customer service I will stay away.
