When he arrived (early!) to give an estimate, I could tell immediately that he was passionate about his work...and I was right. He explained the process and identified some areas which needed extra attention (calcium build-up and some cement splatter). He quoted a VERY COMPETITIVE price. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. As promised, he promptly e-mailed me a written, detailed proposal. Once I booked the job with him, he kept me informed of his schedule and when I could expect the job to be done. He arrived early for the job with his son, Kevin. He and Kevin greeted me, asked if I had any questions and got to work. They didn't just powerwash the pavers, they machine-scrubbed (with a soap solution) and thoroughly rinsed the pavers. They properly sanded with the appropriate product specifically made for the job (not just plain sand). He then applied 2 coats of professional-grade sealer (not the cheap stuff from big-box stores). The finished job looked BETTER THAN NEW!!!!! His son, Kevin, was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful!!! I also referred him to 2 neighbors that very same day! I will use him again!!!
