Having left my dining room chairs outside following the installation of new vinyl floors, I was…read moreleft with the choice of cleaning them or curbing them. I decided to try cleaning them first. I found Tony's Carpet & Upholstery of Vero Beach while searching the Internet for services close to my home. Spoke with Tony's wife - I forgot her name - on a Monday and she scheduled me for Thursday. Prices were discussed, but I was advised they could change depending on the actual services provided and how dirty my furniture was. Tony and his helper arrived on time a few days later. An inspection of the furniture was made, with Tony advising that he might not be able to completely clean the dining room chairs due to extensive staining. The other chairs and sofa wouldn't be a problem. Although Tony spent longer than expected cleaning the furniture, I was happy. The dining room chairs were much cleaner and I didn't have to curb them. And they were only $15 each to clean. I've never used an upholstery cleaning service before. That said, 5 stars to Tony's Carpet & Upholstery for doing a great job. William E. I needed a deep cleaning and they were in and out within 40mins for 2 room, so 20mins per room. For $200 I was expecting them to take their time and do a better job. They didn't even use a high power vacuum before they started and i vacuumed before they came. Once the carpets were cleaned and I vacuum and was annoyed to see how much hairs and dirt I picked up. I contacted them and requested another cleaning, the attitude of the owner was horrible, telling me how he actually even took longer than usual to clean my rugs. Even when he came he had a very demeaning tone and telling me how they only steam and clean on top of the rugs not deep clean. I vacuumed before they came the 2nd time the rooms were unoccupied the whole time until their return for another cleaning. I decided to time them this time. They started in the 1st room at 12:39 and finished at 12:49. Then the 2nd room started at 12:50 til 12:55. Ridiculous! So 10mins in 1 room and 5mins in the other. Would not recommend.

We did half of our carpet by ourselves with the machine from Lowe's and could see a drastic difference between where we cleaned and where they started cleaning. Our side was cleaner. They called their boss and said they could do $1,500 instead, like they were doing us a favor. Needless to say, we did NOT do the duct cleaning and instead found another family owned company that was $550 and did an amazing job. Not sure if I'd recommend doing business with them.
