The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Having peace of mind knowing everything is being attended to is a huge relief for us. If you have a second home in Florida and are away from your house or condo I would highly recommend this service. There was one minor problem with some stains being left on my walkway and driveway and the company went out of their way to fix the problem. David and Barbara and Eddie sent out a painter when the stain was not able to be removed with cleaner. Barbara was so nice to come out and she went out of her way to help me with the walkway and the driveway. She even came back and checked on the painter that was painting the driveway. The gutters were loosened and put back when the job was completed. Some of the gutter corners now have serious leaks. I have been told several times someone would be there but there was always an excuse why no one showed up. The last communication I received was August 4, 2019, where I was told to "stop bothering my men" and again stating someone would come to see and fix the problem. As of today, October, 14, 2019 I'm still waiting. They just don't follow up to make necessary repairs.

We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.
