The cleaners of this service stole my car key. When I asked the owner to make right of the situation, he advised me that mistakes happen. Unless you want "mistakes" to happen, then don't hire this company. Owner was not even close to receptive to the fact that this is not OK. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could they are so professional, thorough and wonderful customer service. I used the service for the first time when my Dad had been recovering from heart surgery and my mom was briefly hospitalized. I wanted to do something to help them since I live out of state. Arranging the service was so easy and when they were done and I asked my Dad how it was he said the cleaner they sent "was dynamite!" Meaning excellent :) she cleaned so well she even found a lost set of keys. You will be so happy you used them. My father in law was in the hospital and we wanted to get his carpets cleaned while he was out. He has two cats, and though tidy, had the requisite dirty carpets. I gave Jim a call and he said he could be out to the house the next morning to get started. He showed up 10 min early and gave me a fair quote. I also asked him if he knew of a good house cleaner who would be available before Labor Day weekend, and Jim had one on payroll who was there as well. As it turned out, the house not only needed a good carpet cleaning, but it needed a basic "make ready" cleaning as well. The carpets were cleaned and dry by the time we all got home from the hospital and they looked almost new. The house was exceptionally clean and had a fresh smell, not a medicinal or chemical smell. As a bonus, he stayed within the quote even though he and his cleaner put in extra time to get it right. Sometime you take a shot and hit a home run when you are in a pinch, and I was lucky enough to hit a grand slam with Jim and Eco Earth Cleaning. read more

I have several rentals in Sebastian Florida and one ocean front home in Vero Beach, Fl. Jim cleans them all, sometimes with very little notice and only a few hours of turn around time. Not only are the rentals clean but Jim goes above and beyond in services that enhance each home. He has great suggestions, and has never failed to say no to a home depot or walmart run for supplies! Jim cares! That's the difference, to Jim it is a matter of pride! He wants to help you every day no matter how tired he may be, no matter how hard the work. Contacted this company for whole house deep cleaning before moving in to our new home in early December. The estimate for this service was $500-$700 and was to include carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning,upholstery cleaning as well as thoroughly cleaning tile floors, kitchen(to include cabinets inside and out and all surfaces), bathrooms and laundry room. They were at the home for about 7 hours although the owner told us that he had left for a couple of hours to do another job. I didn't have an issue with the carpet, upholstery or mattress cleaning, however after moving in we found several cabinets and surfaces that had not been cleaned. The bathroom showers had not been cleaned. The laminate floors had been swept but not mopped. We spent another several more hours cleaning this home after we had paid $700 for a deep cleaning. I called the owner numerous times trying to resolve this. At first he said that because I had looked at the house immediately after they were finished and had no complaints at that time then he felt the job was done to our satisfaction but that he would call me back to try to resolve this. I waited for days with no response so I called him again. This time he said that they hadn't gotten to all areas because of the items that were left in the cabinets, etc. that they had to clean out. I said if we had known that what the previous owners had left behind was going to impact their ability do the agreed to cleaning then we could have rescheduled them and cleared the leftover items before they began. I asked for a partial refund and again he said he would call me back and again I waited several days with no response. I called him again to say I wanted a resolution. He offered to come back and clean for 2 hours free of charge but I said we had already cleaned the areas in question and that would not help. I asked for a $100 refund and he said he would not do that. I asked so are we are done and you have no other solution? He said that to resolve the issue he would send us a check for $40. I told him that I was still not happy but was tired of dealing with this and would drop it if he sent me the check. That was over 3 weeks ago and we still haven't gotten the check. This whole experience has been disgusting and I certainly would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

After contracting with this company for a house cleaning, the owner told me he had a machine that would clean the floors and he would apply a sealer that would make the floors shine. I agreed and paid five hundred dollars for the service. Afterwards, the floors looked absolutely no different and the solution he used caused stains on the stainless steel stove door as well as the dishwasher door. Additionally, in numerous areas, the grout separated from the tile. After chasing him for four months and hearing one excuse after another, he refuses to be an honorable businessman and simply do the right thing and repair the damage he caused. The lady that cleaned my home did a good job, but I wouldn't trust the owner as far as I could throw his truck. Not reputable. read more
