I called Stanley Steamer on Christmas Eve 2019, but they were closed. I did a quick Google search and Tony's name was the first to appear in the results of the query indicating their service is 24/7. When I placed a call at 5:15 AM, Tony answered the phone and asked me to text him my address and followed up by acknowledging he would arrive around 8:30 AM. Tony was punctual, professional and really stepped up to the plate, given the circumstances and date. His price for cleaning three rugs was comparable to Stanley Steamer, but he was much more thorough. Not only was he able to get the stains out of the carpet, which my dog almost destroyed, he went the extra mile by cleaning the underside of the area rugs, which I had not seen before from his competitors. Not only does he handle "dog emergencies", but he specializes in quickly responding to emergency floods - and that's around the clock, too. I would strongly recommend Tony. He's a very hard worker and goes the extra mile to keep new and old customers, alike. I only take the time to write reviews for those below 2 stars or for those above 4.5 stars - Tony is a 5 star service provider.

I needed a deep cleaning and they were in and out within 40mins for 2 room, so 20mins per room. For $200 I was expecting them to take their time and do a better job. They didn't even use a high power vacuum before they started and i vacuumed before they came. Once the carpets were cleaned and I vacuum and was annoyed to see how much hairs and dirt I picked up. I contacted them and requested another cleaning, the attitude of the owner was horrible, telling me how he actually even took longer than usual to clean my rugs. Even when he came he had a very demeaning tone and telling me how they only steam and clean on top of the rugs not deep clean. I vacuumed before they came the 2nd time the rooms were unoccupied the whole time until their return for another cleaning. I decided to time them this time. They started in the 1st room at 12:39 and finished at 12:49. Then the 2nd room started at 12:50 til 12:55. Ridiculous! So 10mins in 1 room and 5mins in the other. Would not recommend.
