I needed a deep cleaning and they were in and out within 40mins for 2 room, so 20mins per room. For $200 I was expecting them to take their time and do a better job. They didn't even use a high power vacuum before they started and i vacuumed before they came. Once the carpets were cleaned and I vacuum and was annoyed to see how much hairs and dirt I picked up. I contacted them and requested another cleaning, the attitude of the owner was horrible, telling me how he actually even took longer than usual to clean my rugs. Even when he came he had a very demeaning tone and telling me how they only steam and clean on top of the rugs not deep clean. I vacuumed before they came the 2nd time the rooms were unoccupied the whole time until their return for another cleaning. I decided to time them this time. They started in the 1st room at 12:39 and finished at 12:49. Then the 2nd room started at 12:50 til 12:55. Ridiculous! So 10mins in 1 room and 5mins in the other. Would not recommend.

We did half of our carpet by ourselves with the machine from Lowe's and could see a drastic difference between where we cleaned and where they started cleaning. Our side was cleaner. THEN, they mentioned that they do Air Duct cleaning and quoted us $2,000. For reference, we have a 3/2 with 11 out vents. That number is absolutely absurd. They called their boss and said they could do $1,500 instead, like they were doing us a favor. Needless to say, we did NOT do the duct cleaning and instead found another family owned company that was $550 and did an amazing job. Not sure if I'd recommend doing business with them.

His price was incredibly low for 4 bedrooms. He got all the pet stains out...even the ones I was sure would be there forever. He also guaranteed his work in case a stain reappeared and promised to come back by and redo carpet if it did. I was so impressed that I had him do all my grout and tile in the house! He even did my floor boards, window seals, bathroom tiles, and sealed it all! Crazy amount of work! The guy is great! After he finishes he even touched up carpets and ran to my moms to do a small area of carpet for free. Just an awesome guy. I highly doubt anyone can beat his prices or his work ethic. My house looks brand new and smells amazing. Thanks again Tony!!! I will be telling all my friends!!
