I needed a deep cleaning and they were in and out within 40mins for 2 room, so 20mins per room. For $200 I was expecting them to take their time and do a better job. They didn't even use a high power vacuum before they started and i vacuumed before they came. Once the carpets were cleaned and I vacuum and was annoyed to see how much hairs and dirt I picked up. I contacted them and requested another cleaning, the attitude of the owner was horrible, telling me how he actually even took longer than usual to clean my rugs. Even when he came he had a very demeaning tone and telling me how they only steam and clean on top of the rugs not deep clean. I vacuumed before they came the 2nd time the rooms were unoccupied the whole time until their return for another cleaning. I decided to time them this time. They started in the 1st room at 12:39 and finished at 12:49. Then the 2nd room started at 12:50 til 12:55. Ridiculous! So 10mins in 1 room and 5mins in the other. Would not recommend.

I did not want to press the issue of the bad carpets since he let me have my boy. My dog got sick and died recently, lots of floor problems as a result. Well, let me tell you, they amazed me. Truly. Bastian and his co-worker did a wonderful job. I can't speak to value because I did not get other quotes, they were recommended by a neighbor so I jumped in (I was not put off by the quote in the least.) They were courteous, thorough, clear on what to expect, both handsome (lol! can I say that?) and really put some elbow grease into it. A+ from me. Highly recommended.

He even did my floor boards, window seals, bathroom tiles, and sealed it all! Crazy amount of work! The guy is great! After he finishes he even touched up carpets and ran to my moms to do a small area of carpet for free. Just an awesome guy. I highly doubt anyone can beat his prices or his work ethic.
