While we were moving in, she offered us water and checked on us several times to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. That may seem like a small thing, but it really stood out to us. Debbie was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without making us feel rushed. You could tell she actually cared about how our move-in was going. It's rare to find customer service where someone takes the extra time to check on you after the rental is already completed. We were so pleased with the experience that about two weeks later we came back and rented a second storage unit. They constantly keep my son intrigued in learning and involved with the daily activities. He honestly hated going at first (being the first time away from mom after 32 months). But now he loves going. He tells me the night before how excited he is to see his teachers and classmates. Even for Halloween, teachers put little pumpkins outside, creating their own pumpkin patch and had all the kids go "pumpkin picking". When I picked him up we were able to take his baby pumpkin home together. It's the little things like this that I appreciate. The time they take to sit down with my child, and talk with him, give him patience and kindness, and understanding. That is the best thing they can teach my son, and what I am most grateful for! I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.

The drive up outdoor units need to be dug out and then won't close. Bring a shovel and be prepared to wrestle with the door and lock. I moved to a storage facility near by that took snow into consideration and built their units raised off the ground, rolling doors that have some forgiveness of 1/2 an inch to account for snow built up.

Despite that, my rent was increased by $30 every THREE months, effectively tripling the annual cost for a very small unit. What makes this even more insulting is that the exact same size unit was being advertised to new customers for 1/4 of what I was paying. That tells me very clearly how this company treats loyalty: they punish existing customers while baiting new ones with lower prices. I raised this issue and was told a district manager would call me to discuss and make an adjustment. That call never happened. No district manager could spare five minutes to contact a long term, consistently paying customer. The on site service was just as bad. One employee, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, making an already frustrating situation worse. Her behavior was completely inappropriate for a customer facing role. In contrast, Ashley was the only employee who showed professionalism, courtesy, and basic decency--and she deserves credit for that. Overall, this location demonstrates predatory pricing practices, terrible customer service, and zero respect for loyal customers. After two years of dependable business, I was treated as disposable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice, especially if you plan to stay longer than the introductory rate period.
