While we were moving in, she offered us water and checked on us several times to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. That may seem like a small thing, but it really stood out to us. Debbie was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without making us feel rushed. You could tell she actually cared about how our move-in was going. It's rare to find customer service where someone takes the extra time to check on you after the rental is already completed. We were so pleased with the experience that about two weeks later we came back and rented a second storage unit. That probably says more than anything else about how comfortable we felt doing business here. CubeSmart was a great find, and having someone like Debbie there makes it even better. I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.

My only problem was I haven't rented a storage unit in a long time come to find out there are a lot of fees that you don't find out until you get ready to pay You have an administration fee for the unit which includes a new lock with a new key chain for $25.00 you do get to keep the lock when you're done with the unit also on top of the rental fee each month you are charged $15.00 each month unless you have insurance to cover it. Over the years, whenever I have spoken with them, that remained to be the case. Truly lovely employees. This review is for an East Syracuse location/Galster Road. The facility, which is indoors, was always exceptionally clean with whatever was needed to help move things in and out of the unit (carts/door stops) within reach. The pricing on the unit was also very fair. I have rented units for my other kids over the years, as well as for myself. B & C Storage was the best one.
