I needed a monthly rental until I found a new home in the city I relocated to. I only used/rented the unit for two months. And within those two months, mice damaged/infested my mattress, protector, and other belongings. I found damage/evidence on 50% of my things. The staff would not give me a refund and instructed me to go through the insurance company. I also had to kill a mouse on my U-Haul; I was tempted to not even bring the things into my new home. To make matters worse, they knowingly had mice and did nothing to make sure I felt comfortable and to alleviate the stress of my relocation." And I say knowingly because the manager said that they had been trying to get someone out to exterminate the mice but was unsuccessful. This was the worst experience. read more

I just moved my things into a space here. It's a very clean, spacious facility. I received wonderful customer service from Thelma. I can't say enough good things about this storage place. I've had to put belongings I storage several times in my life. The facilities are usually dirty and a little scary. But, this place is great! They have 19 cameras and the place is monitored 24 hours a day. The price is reasonable and competitive with other facilities in the area. read more

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS STORAGE UNIT FACILITY. WE HAD THE LARGEST UNIT DESTROYED BY RODENTS AND STINK BUGS IN OCTOBER 2014. ALL of our furniture was ruined and we had to move into a beautiful newly built home without even a mattress or couch. We lost over $6,000. worth of furniture. They will try to sell you their insurance policy and unfortunately we bought it. If you read the fine print you will see that they will offer you $250.00 maximum for rodent/bug infestation. We also can provide pictures. Their answer when questioned about what they could do for us since the insurance would only cover 250. was that the cost to the customer would be so much per month that they can't afford to insure it. They lied and told us that they had no problem we were their FIRST. Only to have them back track and say "well, we did have someone storing "rice and beans" in a unit right near you. While we were there cleaning out our unit and in tears, a couple of older women were also in tears three units from ours and had packed up their car with belongings that had been ruined. Toward the end of us cleaning out and salvaging the 9 pieces that we could, we finally gave up and closed the large overhead door and left it. What a terrible place. They will tell you anything you want to get you there and then don't care. After calling an exterminator there are storage units which hire exterminators on a regular basis to go in after a unit is vacated. THEY DO NOT DO THIS. We were in between homes this summer, staying at our camp, and needed a place to store our 3 bedroom house's stuff until we could get into our new house. (We didn't want to renew a year lease when closing on house would be 3 months into lease) Thelma and Grant came to the rescue! I am a researcher and review reader, so after reading good reviews, I called to ask about pricing and access since my husband and I work 8am until 8pm. Not only did Thelma explain to us what each size unit would hold (in terms I could visualize), but she also explained that we could have extended access hours given our work schedule. She was so helpful on the phone, that we went over a few days later to look at the unit, and she remembered us from the phone convo! Grant showed us the unit, and then the next size up since I wasn't convinced the smaller one would work. Then we signed up and Thelma was quite thorough yet quick in explanation as well as paperwork since we were on our lunch breaks. We stored our stuff with NO issues the entire summer (May through Oct) and wanted to make sure others knew how hassle free this place is. I set up online account pay and that was so easy every month, we called when we knew we'd be leaving and Grant was helpful in explaining the procedure for exiting as well as helping us rent a uhaul trailer. In total, we rented two enclosed trailers- neither time did we have any issues. (Although worth noting, the tires on 2nd trailer were bald- but that's on uhaul not drive in self storage) We rented 5 months and never had any issues. Great customer service and easy access! Overall, excellent place and people! We would store here again if ever needed. read more
