I needed to vacate my house and the person I was living with had to take the day off just for this move. I got a message saying that they would be late. And that it wouldn't be till approximately 3 o'clock. 3 o'clock came and went. I messaged them and called them at 3:20 and nobody picked up or replied. At 3:45 I messaged again to please contact me because at this point the person I'm living with had to pick up his daughter and it was going to be getting dark. Finally, I got a response via text, not the courtesy of a phone call, saying that none of the workers were picking up their phones and there was nothing that she could do about it. There was no offer to give a discount or schedule another day for there inconvenience. I canceled both moves, wasted an entire day along with my roommate losing a day of work. I'm going with somebody else who is reputable and cares about their customers and gaining more customers. I would advise against using this company. Customer service is horrible to not even pick up the phone and address the situation. Even if you didn't have any good news, the customer deserves to know what is going on. After I replied to cancel the whole thing and that I'd be writing a review, I STILL got no reply. Both of us wasted our entire day on a very time sensitive move and I was left scrambling trying to find somebody else. Thank God I found one. I can't say anything about the movers because I obviously never got a chance to use them, but the customer service is awful. Don't waste your time or money on this "business".

We came in and everything was fine but we should have been notified immediately. This year the price has gone up closer to almost another extra 25-30 dollars if I recall and that's a pretty big hike considering it was like 50. Also considering the fact we were *NOT* notified despite them assuring us they sent word out (only after the fact when called) so I'm not sure if that was sheer laziness by not checking all the boxes or if they were just trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We literally only found out upon paying it after the new year. No mail, texts, or anything. We're thinking about cleaning it out and bringing things home because moving everything somewhere else or finding someone to do that would be too much of a hassle as I'm very disabled and can barely get out of the house. Can't fault them for this but not a very good situation to be in and I still hold a lot of grief regarding my father and another relative's deaths which is what forced us to get a storage unit in the first place because of my father's sister locking us out when I was still basically a kid. She took the house and lives literally right down the street from where we ended up having to put our stuff. I feel bad for the staff because just judging by the way they worded things and their tone of voice when asked about the increase ('it's the owner') he sounds like a piece of work

In both cases they came promptly and were friendly. The bad: The storage lockers are open only from 7AM to 7PM, seven days a week. Maintenance staff is available only from 7AM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. Passengers are not allowed in the freight elevator. The elevator has both an inside door and an outside door, both on ground level and on the second floor. If all four doors are not closed and latched, the elevator gets stuck and you have to call maintenance. You have to climb a flight of 17 stairs to get to the second floor because you can't ride in the elevator.
